DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING AGODA TO BOOK THIS. I’d recommend paying 50% more for a better place especially if you get an uncleaned room like I did. The time you’ll save from customer service call is worth the extra cost of going to a place that takes a bit more pride in their work.

While I booked here I ended up staying at a different hotel. My main concerns:

I checked in to a room where the bed was not made. I found a medium length hair on the pillow. With the messy sheets, it made me assume that it wasn’t cleaned.

the trash still had the previous guests plane tickets

there are cracks in the wall, with white marks along those cracks.

Listen, I was hoping to find a cheap place (this one is around $80+) but I think there’s should still be in some honor in this. I wish the property could upload accurate photos of the place. There is no one at the property who could give me fresh sheets until the next day nor were there any rooms available. This means they suggest that I should sleep in a bed with sheets that may not have been changed.

Go for airbnb or a legitimate website that actually screens if a hotel is legitimate or not. Ideally, pay 50% more for a family run bed and breakfast in Philly where there may be a bit more pride in...

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!

This is the worst place I have ever stayed in. Soon as I arrived, in the freezing pouring rain, there was nobody to greet me. I looked through my email and found out I had to call someone and pay them a deposit via PayPal? What kind of strange process is this.

Then a few neighbours came out and gladly they helped me, they told me this happens all the time and people are always stranded outside of their building. I couldn't even call a US number with my SIM card but gladly the neighbour helped me here.

So I paid $100 via Paypal and got the code for my room. Turns out it wasn't the room I booked! I emailed them and they said, this was the room I had booked. I then showed them screenshots of my booking and they realised they were wrong and switched rooms.

The rooms are not nice, nothing about this dull property is. Guys, do not stay here, they don't even give you the refund back from the PayPal. Also, he 5* reviews are fake, one of them is from 'Tabby Marketing' which is the same company that owns this apartment lol, at least cover up your fake reviews.

Avoid this at all costs and stay elsewhere otherwise you will lose more money than in...

I came to Philly for the first time in March 2023 and stayed here 5 days. It was very clean, quiet and they have absolutely great services and the prices can't be beat especially for south Philly.
