I recently moved to the area and I pass this starbucks on the way to work each morning. I treat myself to a starbucks breakfast once weekly because i'm a social worker and thats what my salary allows. I want to start off by saying that the service is exceptional. However the food has been consistently dissapointing since I started coming here. Each thursday morning I order the ham and cheddar egg bites at the drive through. The first time I ordered them the centers were still cold. I figured it was a mistake and thought nothing of it. The following thursday I order them again and you guessed it... the centers were still cold. The next thursday I mentioned it to the guy in the drive through and asked him to cook them twice and he agreed. When I got to work and opened them, not only were the not cooked twice, but they were cold through and through. This morning I made it my business to go inside and not take the drive through. When I looked at them before leaving the store, they looked double cooked because they were more brown then I am use to seeing. When I got to work however they were so overdone that they were completely inedible. Overall I love the service but Since I've come here I have wasted $20 and pretty much gone without breakfast every thursday that I come here. I really wish they would either figure these egg bites out or remove them from the menu....and refund all of my...

For the record, all staff are friendly and doing everything they can to work under a corporate overlord who demands more and more from them every day, without providing them the pay and benefits they deserve. No direct complaints about any staff.
But this location embodies exactly what is wrong with Starbucks these days, partially due to its high traffic location.
The primary goal used to be to acknowledge every customer within 10-30 seconds of them entering the store. These days though, you can stand there for ten minutes without a "hello," as 7 employees frantically run around making burritos or whatever ridiculous promo food/drink concoction they've come up with this month that no one wants. A typically Starbucks employee looks more like an NFL defensive coordinator than a barista anymore.
I hate to use this term from my youth, but Starbucks SOLD OUT years ago and it's all coming back to bite them now. That is, they got a taste of money with high margin frappucinos, and CHANGED WHO THEY WERE for profit, instead of sticking to their supposed philosophy of providing product and service. It's OK, it happens to every giant corporation. Just sad to see how it's gone over the...
Read moreI had a recent visit to the Starbucks store and I’m absolutely disgusted. The site manager Kelsey mills needs to be fired from this location, I live across the street from Starbucks so I frequent the store everyday. I talk to all the employees in the morning and are one of the best people I’ve interacted with! Sweet warm and welcoming bunch. They will always laugh and smile until the store manager comes in and the atmosphere changes. I see the way she would look at people behind there backs and have a disgusting look after they pass. I’m so appalled and shocked from what the baristas would tell me. I won’t name anyone but there were a lot of them telling me there individual testimonies of anguish and defeat from the experience dealing with their manager. I am a loyal customer and have faithfully Been a Starbucks one for 7 years. There needs to be an open investigation at this store. I hear from them and customers I wait with of her racially motivated actions towards the employees and customers. I will not continue at this location and will tell people coming in to not go to such a place where none of the employees feel cared for to work...
