The food was as beautiful as it was delicious
My first time here, so I clearly ordered the tonkatsu ramen for fair comparison (see my other ramen reviews)
Excellent ramen overall (however I’m not a fan of bean sprouts in my ramen, I prefer bamboo shoots I think bean sprouts belong in pho)
This broth! WAS PERFECT, so rich.
Huge fan of the dish as a whole. I will definitely be returning and will update the review to include ratings for consistency
Certainly my #1 ramen shop this side of town. #2 Ramen in the city; only surpassed by Kyushu
The service wasn’t bad either, minimal wait, the staff were attentive, and quick. Possibly too quick hence the 4 stars their expedient service and short conversation didn’t make me feel as welcomed or invited as I have felt with other establishments.

Read moreHad a chance to try out this new Japanese Ramen restaurant today! Surprisingly there are very few Ramen options on the main line so I was exited to see this coming. The mini key lime pie was also good but it came a bit too frozen; better to eat it after a few minutes. For all of these small negative points, I took out one star for the food. The service and ambiance were great otherwise! So, overall, pretty happy (especially compared to other Japanese restaurant in the neighborhood) and we’ll...
