Sooooooooo my man and I just purchased a house and went to Germantown Boss Furniture because we seen this one couch we wanted on IG, we walked in and Mary introduced herself and let me tell you, she was the best!!!!!!!! We didn’t have a clue to furniture sizes and what would fit and what colors would match! She helped us make picking out our furniture fun and so easy, she told us colors that would go together, she helped us pick out two couches, a whole bedroom set, mattress (she let my man try out all the mattresses in the store) dining room table and an extra dresser, we kept second guessing ourselves and she was so nice and calm and SO PATIENT! We came to the store multiple times to make sure everything fit and she was soooooooo sweet! She worked with our work schedule for delivery dates and even put something extra in our delivery! If you looking to get furniture, don’t walk run to Germantown Boss Furniture and ask for Mary, well everyone...

Let's just start off by saying Sam is an exceptional sales rep. He goes above and beyond for his customers, and he sure did for me. Was passing by on Germantown and decided to stop in...best decision ever. They have a variety of furnitures and home items at unbeatable prices. They even have payment plan available. I picked out my furnitures and Sam helped me with the measurements so that the pieces would be able to fit in my apartment. The sectional I initially selected could not enter my apartment building, however, that was not a problem as Sam went above and beyond to put together a sectional that would fit. Sam even had us pick out a rug which was COMPLIMENTARY! Customer service at its best. Delivery was quick, easy and flexible.
