I have purchased from them in the past, and they promised me a vase because I downsized my bed from a queen to a full and they didn’t compensate me for the price difference. I now want the queen size bed in which it was a complete bedroom SET! Now no one EVER answers the phone. I’ve been calling for about 3-6 months and no one NEVER answers the phone that is no way to conduct business. It’s like you guys are avoiding me. All I want is a price and delivery fee.. THATS IT THATS ALL!!!! But you make me not to want to do business with you anymore. You don’t treat the consumers like this! It’s distasteful and disturbing. The man who runs it is a con artist. I paid him in full for furniture that was back ordered, which he didn’t tell me until I’d already given him my money. Once he has that, he handles you however he wants. He does bad business and refuses to refund your money if he makes a mistake. I had to contact my bank to be reimbursed. Then he yells and argues with you if you’re not satisfied. No sense of good customer service skills, but has the NERVE to charge the same prices as QUALIFIED furniture retailers. A complete joke.
