Golden Crust Pizza III — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I used to love ordering here, from their mouth watering cheese hamburgers to their salads, then I fell in love their stuffed vegetable pizzas. They will always say my food would reach in 45 mins which I didn't mind but then on two occasions I waited over an hour and 30 mins for my food. When I called them to let them know about the waiting time I waited the person that answered the phone said " u wanna talk to the manager or naw" very rude... one time they send an orange juice for me n moss was swimming in it, I called n let them know in a polite manner and they did send me another one the next week... last week I ordered a salad and normally will get a pack of bread with it... when I called to speak to the manager she said they forgot to put it with my food n they ate it... lol... today now... I'm tryna order a stuffed pizza... I'm telling the young ignorant girl that they owe my bread ... she with her stink attitude gonna repeat what I said with an attitude and then say what are u talking about, wat bread do we owe u"... that's all I can remember about this horrible place... omg wait... when the driver brought my pizza he forgot my apple juice that I paid for... n was offering me two dollars because they're gonna take it out my card... I order from Golden Crust while at work quite often, as well as many others in my company/department. After today, they can no longer get our business again. For the prices of certain items, things should be made with perfection. I ordered a salad and french fries on my lunch (came to $18.30). The salad was made with spring mix after the menu says romaine and iceberg (The manager actually called me back and made excuses without apology, saying, "well spring mix is more expensive anyway." It doesn't matter if I do not enjoy spring mix. I should've been given the choice to accept the spring mix or choose something else). The feta cheese was not what I assumed it'd be (we order their larger salads and the feta cheese is better and like most would expect it). Then, they did not send the dressing I asked for even though they charged me for extra. The women who answer the phone are usually always pleasant and accommodating. This time, after I spoke with someone 3 times, they offered nothing to me besides a new salad (and to give the old one back. Mind you it's basically the end of the day). This is not how business should be done- especially when the restaurant gets so much business from my company. We will not be ordering...

Today was my first time purchasing food from this establishment. I placed my order via GrubHub. When my food arrived there was a two dollars difference in price then GrubHub reflected. Upon reviewing my receipt I see that the sandwich I order is more expensive on the receipt that came with the delivery than it is on GrubHub. Also something that I was charged for wasn't even on my sandwich. When I called the restaurant to let them Kno the phone was passed around with everyone insisting that the ingredients is on the sandwich, or "should have" been put on the sandwich to which I informed them that it was not! A woman who was allegedly the "manager" insisted on going back and forth with me until I told her I'd post this review, and only then did she offer to have someone return with what I was charged for.
