The owner spends quality time with his patrons. He discusses each piece, as to why he may be interested in it, or why he is not interested in it. He relays detailed information about items he would love to see come through his shop in relation to the items that were brought in. He is in no way rude nor does he ever act inconvenienced, even if the patron has mis-judged their items completely. I thoroughly enjoy going into his shop.
