Taylor Chip Creamery, Cookies, and Coffee — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Went today with my mom for the cookie decorating class I found through Bucket Listers. It was great! It was just the two of us and George, the owner, was very friendly. Not sure the AC was working cuz it was super hot in there but we had a lot of fun decorating our cookie cakes and they tasted incredible. George also offered us a scoop of ice cream. Gonna be honest it was the first time I ever didn’t like chocolate ice cream so I wouldn’t recommend that but the cookie cakes more than make up for it. We got to pick all of our flavors beforehand and it was all set up and ready for us when we got there. The experience as a whole was a little pricey and really didn’t take very long (like half hour max), but it was definitely enjoyable and a great Mother’s day gift for my mom. Plus you get a huge delicious cookie cake...

This place has amazing coffee and tea drinks, with their London Fog being my favorite and they are open to 10 and 11pm!!

If you're looking to treat yourself, their cookies and ice cream are absolutely otherworldly, AND you can even combine them for a sundae (which I also recommend).

This will absolutely be one of my daily spots to take my breaks...

I was really excited when they opened but felt pretty underwhelmed my first two visits. My fiancé and I got ice cream there and the employee STRUGGLED to scoop it because it was hard as a rock. He wasn't even able to get real scoops and just gave us little chunks in a cup. It wasn't a big deal but when we left, I tasted the ice cream and it tasted like freezer burn. I'm hoping I caught them on a bad afternoon and will try again. Service is okay but it feels like some of them don't want...
