I was 52 years old recovering from knee surgery and 20 pounds overweight. I was not unfamiliar with the gym, cardio and strength training were part of my daily routine. I needed to do something different because I was not moving the needle and as the aging process started to settle in, I was becoming more prone to injury.    Read moreI first met Davide when I was traveling on business. I was looking for a message therapist I could call upon when I traveled to the area and Davide certainly exceeded my expectations. He gives an incredible spa quality massage. I expressed to him during my second appointme that I wish he lived in Boston so I could train with him. To my surprise he offered up remote training using email, telephone and facetime. She will organize a session in a way where you are trying novel, unexpected movements and exercises that will both surprise you and have you doing more than you thought you were capable of without the dread of “i can’t lift that” mindset.
