Highly recommend top notch. This is a 10 star, not a five star. A must stop iwhen visiting Philly!!!!

I’m up here from Miami, and as many of you may know who follows cigars, Byam is a major/mother hub for cigars from Cubans, Dominican, Nicaraguan etc. This place by far has been one of the best place setting to not only ambience impeccable, cleanliness, friendliness, music, lighting, leave out what makes up this place the most out of everything, the STAFF and service. The 10 States I’ve been having cigars, my top three best not only because of the staff say enough about because I would come back here just for the staff didn’t have what I want to share. I had a wonderful, lovely young lady by the name of Marissa she was so knowledgeable, patient , caring, and took time to explain their menu and have an answer for something but I appreciate most of that. I love that Marissa is a tennis star in my humble opinion Cigar and whiskey menu is incredible. I had the angels envy right in the angels envy 1998.

I got into a motorcycle accident here in Philly while visiting so I didn’t Wheelchair constrained. There are stairs here. Both front and back and length of things that they did to make sure I was able to come up and enjoy myself. The manager met me outside in the cold 20° outside at the front door. Walked me all around to the back of the building entrance very patiently while I was on my wheelchair, pushing myself to the to let me in the elevator.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who likes and enjoys a nice cigar great atmosphere a great stash a must top it...

Came in from out of town(H-Town stand up!) and truly enjoyed myself. Vibes were super dope and staff was kind and accommodating. Only 2 concerns...please update social media and/or website with new details. My brother, friend and I came on Monday, Labor Day, and were not sure if they were open or not, and since their media platforms did not identify that they were not opened, we came to the cigar bar and, it was unfortunately closed. Secondly, we when came back the second time, we were told that it was a 15min. wait, and we could wait outside or at the bar until a table was available. Since there was no bar seating, we browsed the cigar inventory, bought several cigars, and waited near a long 8 seated table that read RESERVED on it, until our table was available. After waiting about 20mins, my friend asked the staff about the RESERVED area and was told that this area was not reserved for any specific group, but was instead reserved for any 2 parties of 3 who should potential come in. The concern was, my party(3ppl) and a couple (2ppl) were currently waiting and, and in my opinion, it made no sense for 5 ppl, who have already bought cigars and drinks, to be waiting for tables to open up, when this reserved area could be occupied by us. A reserved area should not be unoccupied in the hopes of 2 parties of 3 to come in, when there were at least 5 ppl currently waiting to enjoy their already purchased...
