~After having just completed the first half of an intense project mgmt training course, my thought process was to acquire brain food for replenishment. The Real Food eatery I have been herding by on my way to work everyday came to mind. First Impressions: Upon entrance Mother Nature smacked me in the face with a wall of sweet succulent fragrance, built densely with Her ingredients. At that point the right hemisphere of my cerebrum realized this was the preferred territory to nurture it back to health. Going with the popular "moderrustic" motif, The Real Food Eatery was somehow different, a spacious open floor concept, & high quality finishing's. The stools out-looking the street were actually quite comfortable for my gluteus maximus to sit, & inferior extremities to dangle. Now onto thee order: First I chose the Grass-fed Sirloin a top a green Spring Mix. Then the Quinoa Salad which had a medley of raisins, parsley & chives embedded into it. Lastly the charred-roasted Broccoli sprinkled with olive oil, parmesan & garlic. My cannabinoid receptors were being invigorated as I grazed on my meal, the grass-fed sirloin steak made my taste-buds sizzle with excitement as it melted like a pad of butter on my tongue. The quinoa salad quickly convinced me never to eat its counterpart, rice, again... & the roasted broccoli... lets just say I could eat a whole trough full if it was put in front of me. The Real Food Eatery was shooting for "simple is the ultimate sophistication" & they hit the cow on the medulla oblongata. The Don approves of this establishment & will be back~

This used to be my go-to place for lunch. I ate here once a week, religiously. My favorite thing about the place was that the meat/protein you chose with your meal was always fresh and made to order. I was obviously disappointed when they remodeled and took away the grill. All of the meats are now pre-cooked and sitting in trays behind the counter (like any other fast food place). I decided to try it anyways. However, I am saddened to say that today was my last time eating here. The meat was gross! It was completely overcooked, hard, and stale (see pic). NOT FRESH AT ALL! If you want to be a fast food place, charge fast food prices $6-8. Is this worth $14 a plate? Absolutely not. Sorry guys. You either gotta go back to being made to order or we're done.

Excellent lunch option n the city if you want to eat healthy. This place has plenty of seating. Entrees are priced between $10 and $15. The also have La croix and kombucha priced between $1.75 and $4. The meats are cooked upon ordering unlike other locations that have the meats pre cooked sitting under a heat lamp. The only exception are the meatballs that are prepared ahead of time. You get a healthy selection of bases for your meats - brown rice, quinoa and kale to name a few.

I don’t normally write reviews but I had such a great experience I felt the need to. I placed a catering order for my company and we didn’t quite meet the minimum of 10 people but Rob reached out to confirm and made an accommodation to still let us place our order. The Doordasher picked up the order and left it outside without ringing the doorbell or notifying and our order got stolen within just a couple of minutes. I called Real Food Eatery to see if they could help with a solution to this since this was supposed to feed a whole team. Rob called back within minutes with a solution and resent us the food within the hour. He personally gave us updates on the new order including when it was picked up and should be dropped off and followed up to ensure we received it. He also gave the new dasher clear instructions to please call and notify when getting delivered and not just left outside again. Rob really went above and beyond to accommodate us and made a stressful and disappointing situation into a smooth, stress free one. On top of the AMAZING customer service, the team really loved the food as well. Just wanted to say thank you to Rob and to everyone that helped with this situation! Will be ordering from...

Ordered online at 1:00 pm on a Wednesday and my food was sitting in a nice bag at 1:20 pm. Really appreciate the layout of their website and how easy it was to order, super easy to add additional veggies and things. It was easy to pay too!

Overall great online experience-5 stars. Missing 1 star because I only got 1 falafel when I ordered 2…not extremely disappointed but just double check your orders if you do order extra.

Oh, the food part! Yes—don’t have any photos because I was hungry but needless to say I have leftovers and felt super full but not heavy. I got their Mediterranean salad. The garbanzo beans were beautifully marinated and I thought the pickled onions sung a lovely song with the rest of the veggies. I order additional sweet potatoes and falafels and it paired nice with the lemon dressing.

This will be my new place to grab and go lunch as they are well priced and high quality food. So, skip the $15 burrito bowl from Chipotle (ewww grosss) and get yourself a nice meal at this real food eatery :)

Price: Salad was 11.99 and additional foods + tip + tax came to $20.00…not bad because now I...
