The Beacon, and by extension Pearl Properties, is the best apartment I have lived in during my past eight years in Philadelphia. It has an awesome location in the center of the city, right next to the bus line that goes to Penn and the PATCO line that goes to Cooper. The building features a large theater room, amazing lockers, a gym, and an entire amenities floor with a balcony overlooking the neighborhood. There are fun social events every month with free food and drinks. There are no worries about roaches or mice, and the maintenance team has been extremely quick and effective whenever we need help with anything. With the exception of some construction last year, there is minimal noise despite the fact we are facing the rear street. The leasing team is easy to work with, and the tenant relations team is superb. There’s also a water dispenser in our fridge, unlike at some other properties.
