I got the escape package today, 1 hour facial 1 hour massage. After spending $200 I was left with more to be desired. To begin with - the front desk gentleman was extremely helpful and answered all questions I had in the last week or so over text. the said they offered a parking voucher at a parking garage almost 2 blocks away, I thought that was fine I don’t mind the walk. But when I got back to my car the voucher they gave me wasn’t valid. So I ended up paying 45$ which is pretty hefty. For the facial - the esthetician was great, gave a great facial massage but didn’t do as many extractions as to the other dozen facials that I’ve got in my lifetime. I also left with a huge white head on my nose šŸ˜… she didnt explain if she was moisturizing or giving me a face mask or anything. I was supposed to get an organic facial with organic ingredients and I have no clue if I got that. There also were no spot lights / magnification lamps for the estheticians to give your face a closer look? They only had a ceiling light, I thought that was very strange. For the massage - the girl was nice and kind but I mentioned on the form prior to the services not to put pressure my lower back. I also told her when we were face to face not to put pressure on my lower back, and she ended up putting pressure on my lower back. Which leaves me in pain for almost 10 minutes. The room was small and seemed like she barely had room to work. * both services I felt the vibrate from their phones going off. I can’t help but feel like they were texting during my services, especially during the massage, which I feel is unsanitary and kind of gross since we do everything with our phones (bathroom, eating). Both services left me with more to be desired. The waiting room was outdated, no hot cups for tea, plastic everything. It’s the little things that make you comfortable and that your money is being spent well.

What a truly beautiful experience! My daughters gifted me the Christmas Escape package: a customized-to-my skin-type facial, including microdermabrasion, a relaxing full body massage, champagne & chocolates. An exceptionally delightful way to enjoy a spa day! The treatment rooms are heavenly, with relaxing lighting which look like stars illuminating an evening sky. Warm candles illuminate the hallways, it's all so relaxing. My aesthetician Linh Nguyen provided above and beyond service, with attention to detail. She listened to me, explained the steps of both treatments and what the desired results were for each, focused on areas that required extra attention, as well as suggesting products, treatments and exercises for at-home care. My services were personalized and I felt so cared for. The rejuvenating facial transformed my skin and left it smooth, hydrating and glowing. After the massage the tightness in my back and hips were gone. And then to continue to unwind in a candlit room with champagne and Godiva chocolates...perfect. The spa is chic, equipped with the latest in products and technology and the staff and the owner Anthony Guerrera are professional, friendly and welcoming. I so thoroughly enjoyed my spa day that I booked a service for next month at checkout. Highly recommend. Already referred friends. Can't wait to go back!

FACIAL NIGHTMARE!! I arrived a little early for my appointment which wasn't an issue for me or the staff, but unfortunately, my technician was late getting to me. While the environment was nice and the staff seemed friendly, I left feeling disappointed with the overall experience. After my treatment, my skin broke out badly — something that rarely happens to me. IM NOT EXAGGERATING WHEN I SAY THIS.. ā€œMY SKIN NEVER BREAKS OUTā€.. If I do break out, it clears up in a day or two, but this has taken much longer and is still healing. Given the high price of the service, I expected better results and more care. I wouldn't even recommend dermaplanning for anyone as it is bad for the skin. I reached out to the spa to find a resolution, but the response was disappointing. The technician simply told me to keep washing my face twice a day and to use moisturizer — advice that felt basic and unhelpful given the condition of my skin. I really wanted to love this place, but unfortunately, for the price I paid, I expected better results and better post-treatment care. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

So I’ve been coming here for quite some time now, and must I say… THE BEST IN THE CITY!

Anthony is a skilled esthetician! He has helped people with really bad skin problems! I wasn’t one of his extreme cases but I walked in with a problem. I never had a skin problem until I had a hormone imbalance, when I tell you a few visits with Anthony, he fixed me right up! I’m skin is clear and flowing again!

He’s super awesome! He explains what he’s doing while he’s doing it! He explains the whole purpose behind it and ensures you that with time, it’ll get better! Every time I leave the salon, my skin is glowing! He is absolutely incredible! He is super easy to talk to and answers everyone one of your concerns! He truly is the best around! If you have skin problems, I’m telling you, his team that he trains is insane! He wasn’t there one day and sent me to Aubrey and she literally is a mini him! She was able to relate and had the same problem I did and she literally wrote out a little card for me on what she recommends!

The facials from this salon are incredible and they know exactly what do prescribe!!

I’ve also been there for their massages and when I mean BEYOND EXPECTATIONS, I truly mean it! Val did my massage and when I mean he’s incredible, he is the best!! He has strong big hands and knows exactly what to do! I mentioned a few concerns to him and he literally left me leaving the salon completely relaxed . He even specializes with people with medical issues and people who need therapeutic attention! His background experience leaves him at the top of his game, able to help any client with their concerns! His knowledge of the muscles really helps him me able to give the right about attention where needed! He has special techniques that will leave you amazed!

The ambiance in the salon is incredible and they are super professional and accommodating! If you haven’t been here yet and thinking about it, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR FACIALS AND MASSAGES! They have a large menu as well, so I suggest taking a look at their services but after a spa day here, you feel completely revived and like a...

I had the worst facial here. I showed up 10min early. The receptionist at the front desk (which I now think was the spa owner) did not care to greet me for a few minutes. Instead, he was staring at his computer while speaking loudly with other customers sitting across the room. I walked up closer to the desk, initiated the conversation and finally got checked in. I sat awkwardly as the receptionist was being friendly with other customers (offering champagne) while ignoring me.

My esthetician was 5min late. She was not the same esthetician I initially selected at booking (who had more years of experience and more reviews). I went with it anyway... The steam was way too hot, the towels were also insanely hot! My skin got so red after a while, so my esthetician turned into panic mode and started slapping oatmeal mask and ice cold things on my face to calm it down. She also decided to use LED lights (for only about 2min) to calm my skin, and later told me that LED would cost more $$ but she's giving it to me for free...so generous! Her massage consisted of pressing on my chest a few times, and pulling on my neck twice, not relaxing! I left with oatmeal crumbs on my hair and neck. The used towels were left on the sink, dripping water onto the floor, gross! The entire process was so messy and unprofessional.

They charged me $10 extra on top of the promotional price for some undisclosed taxes and booking fees (?). I will never come back here again, or recommend to anyone. I've had better facials with proper massage even at...
