Customer service and woman who answers phone is horrible.

New to the area, just moved here two months ago, and got their menu in my mailbox today so I decided to give it try. Being that I’m from Jersey, sometimes my phone doesn’t receive calls and sometimes it does. When the woman answered the phone, I asked her if she could please text me when the person was outside to ensure I can get my order. (I wanted delivery)

Before I could even finish, she cuts me off and says he will call. I said okay, I’m just letting you know.

So to ensure I’m outside when the food comes, just let me know what time they would be arriving so that I can be outside wait…….(waiting) (I was going to say)

But before I could finish, she cut me off again. “It’s always 45 minutes to an hour”

This was the second time I was cut off, and I got really quiet and said thank you.

Her response “yup, you’re welcome.” with an attitude.

Then immediately hangs up the phone before I could even continue my order. I hadn’t even been able to tell her my food order yet.

I wanted over $60 worth of food. So then being patient, I called back. She didn’t even say hello when answering. She answered, saw my number and then placed me on a 15 minute hold (purposely) and never clicked back over.

Then she hangs up.

Is this the type of customer service I would be receiving moving forward ? It’s ashame, because I actually live on Cecil and have a huge family, and because of her disgusting customer service and attitude, I will never even attempt to order from here again,

Maybe it’s time for someone else to answer the phone… clearly she has lost sight of what’s most important for the owners and establishment.

nasty employee and harrassing store owner service is a 0, the store owner was apologetic for his employees attitude at first then he started to make forward comments to me then he became nasty and hostile when I made it clear I wasn't interested, then i asked the other cashier for a refund because it was going on 45min minutes he stormed over and he denied me a refund after waiting 45min for 3wings and fries then he tried to intimidate me by getting close to me and getting loud and turning red because I said I was uncomfortable and just wanted my refund. Not gonna lie they messed up my night, I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable from the attention put on me from the innapropriate comments to yelling at me for asking for a refund. please do not waste your time or money at...

My Fiancée and I always love getting food from here whether it’s been a bad day, a lazy day, or a day worth celebrating. The food is so good it just warms the soul. Their mild wing sauce is beautifully unique and we also order extra sauce so we can have something nice to dip our pizza crusts into, and -while we have always loved any of the specialty pizzas we have tried- there is just something absolutely joyful about their classic cheese pizza.
