BEWARE: when buying frozen feed. "SEE PICS"

We drove through on a trip, stopped in and the shop looks nice. Prices are high however we needed some Pinky and rats. We purchased $90 worth. on 5 pack of rats and 25 pinky mice. Frozen.

when we got home, we went to put the frozen bags in the freezer and noticed something in the bags. closer inspection we found handful of magets in the bags. we had to destroy the bags of stuff we got from them.

I am now out $90 plus our frozen meals for our reptiles. I will not take the chance of feeding these to my reptiles. if they have mites then they could have other problems.

I opened the frozen Rat bag and found lots of debris stuck all over the rats. not sure what it was, however was not going to feed this to my Burmese and have her get backed up.

This was my fault for not checking the bags when she brought them out and me paying for them.

However shame on you, for operating a dirty, mite/ maget infested operation.

We will unfortunately not choose this place in the future.

I recommend anyone who reads this not purchase from here either.

You may have me confused with someone else. Since you think we inspected the bags together because that did not happen. And I was not confused on the sizes nor did you show me the sizes. I asked for 25 frozen pinky and I grabbed a large rat package out of your freezer that you have up front

And if you say that you inspect everything when it comes in then why is there mites inside of the packages?.

This just proves my point from your lies. I reiterate again once more do not purchase from this facility.

My daughter wanted a corn snake as a birthday present. After searching reputable pet stores we came across Jay's and I'm glad we did. My daughter is a first time snake owner so she needed a lot of help getting started. We asked millions of questions while purchasing our snake and a million more after we purchased it. Jay and his employees answered all our questions. He has always called us back if he wasn't in when we needed help. Our snake was really shy at first when it came to feeding so it took several attempts to get him to eat for us our first time and Jay and his team were with us every step of the way. He even let us bring in our whole set up to make sure our snake was set up right and comfortable. Following all of Jay's advice our snake finally felt comfortable to eat his first meal with us. Jay's really cares about his animals and i recommend him 1000 times over for all your pet needs. Considering a turtle...

Stopped in for the first time yesterday since I've been literally high and low looking and searching for cork rounds since im going bioactive. I got there and only found one that was the right size in their bin, and originally I was a little disappointed but glad I at least found one. The two people I met asked what was up, and went above and beyond searching the hell out of the place for more for me. They were so willing to help and were so nice to chat with while I was there and I really appreciate how far they jumped to try and find me more cork bark, they even broke a big one down for me so I could go home with a third peice
