It pains me to leave a small business a bad review, but the "service" (if you can call it that) that this company has provided me has been outright unacceptable.
Don't book a massage with this business. I tried twice, and both times, my reservation was cancelled within an hour of when my appointment time was. The first time, I admittedly made my reservation late on the day prior to the morning I had scheduled the massage, so although I had already gotten on my way to go there when it was cancelled, I understood. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I made another reservation for this week, this time with more than enough notice and at an easier-to-accommodate time, and my appointment was cancelled 28 minutes before the start time. These reservations were made through ClassPass, so I don't know if it isn't worth it from a business standpoint for them to honor these reservations or what the deal is, but it's still pretty unacceptable. If that is the case, they probably shouldn't affiliate with ClassPass. Maybe they do this with their typical reservations, too. I don't know, but I'm not willing to find out, and I recommend you spend your time and money supporting a different business that will actually provide you with the service you expect.
UPDATE 5/16/23: Yeah, maybe if your business is booming, you shouldn't be affiliated with ClassPass. That way you make more money and no potential customers get misled :) In the meantime, I've gone ahead and removed that second pity star, which was...

I bought my mom a massage for Mother's Day which was her first-ever massage. Her appt was for 6 pm, so I made sure she arrived at 5:50pm to get a head start, fill out any required paperwork etc.
At 6pm I gave Justin a call...no answer. I called again at 6:05 pm.....no answer. I called him back to back at least 10 times with no answer. I even left him a message. Keep in mind, my mom is waiting this entire time. The concierge had no idea which apartment he lived in (this is not a commercial location - you're literally going to his apartment) and said that this was not the first time someone had to wait for him to respond.
After calling for about 40 minutes (not exaggerating), he finally decided to TEXT me back saying "hello, I did not get the word she was her thank you." No apology...NOTHING. His excuse was he was running behind schedule and was with another client but when my mom finally saw him, he looked like he had just gotten out of bed.
I say all that to say, if you value your time. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES. He doesn't answer his phone or honor appointments.
