Great apartment complex with some great amenities available to its residents! I’m on my second lease with them and both times I have been paired with great roommates. The rooms come with a mattress, wardrobe, side table and a desk while the apartments I were in had a furnished living room with a couch or sofa and a coffee table.
Management does a good job of making sure the people you stay with have a good attitude and are compatible enough for your own personality or lifestyle, just communicate with them and you should be good to go!
You get access to a straightforward cardio room with a treadmill, and you can rent a parking spot on the property should you need one. Great location, since main campus is just a short walk away to get to the heart of it. Once COVID clears up, you get an AMC theatre literally 5 minutes away one block over as well as the Liacouras Center for larger scale events. If you need to get going on the interstate, just take Broad street all the way down to the on-ramps.
Honestly, I feel a little spoiled living here! The only thing that I can say is a con is the fact that the building is slowly being restored as it operates in certain ways. You might have to deal with some noise in the hallway or get a window fixed from wear and tear, but it’s really not that bad since it’s part of improving the quality of the building and the apartments.
If I had to pick somewhere to stay for either a short term or long term lease in Philly, this would...
Read moreI've been a tenant in this building for over three years and generally appreciated the community and management—until recently. The ongoing elevator outage has been a major inconvenience, especially for residents with mobility challenges, and it’s disappointing that management has declined to offer any form of rent adjustment or meaningful support during this time.
While they’ve assured us that resources are being allocated to fix the problem, there’s been little consideration for the immediate impact this has on tenants' daily lives. As someone who has always paid rent on time and been a loyal resident, I expected more accountability and proactive solutions.
The lack of accommodation or compensation in light of such a significant issue shows a disappointing disregard for tenant experience. I hope management reconsiders how they handle similar situations in the future.

Read moreThe apartment units themselves are decent, but the ongoing elevator issue has been extremely frustrating. The elevator broke down just two months into our lease (around September–October) and, shockingly, still hasn’t been repaired. It’s been several months now (it's June by the time i'm writing this), and there has been little to no communication, urgency, or accountability from management. The lack of compensation or even a timeline for resolution speaks volumes about how tenant concerns are prioritized. This situation has been especially difficult for residents with mobility issues and for anyone carrying groceries or packages. It’s unacceptable for a basic amenity like this to remain out of service for so long. I'm genuinely worried about how move out...
