Prestige Pavilion — Local services in Philadelphia

I’ve been living in my unit for almost 2 years now and this is THE best living situation i’ve had since being in philly for over 5 years. My journey here has been a lot with roommate issues and just life. Anything that came about, Ofir helped me tremendously. Maintenance gets handled swiftly (my washer stopped and they came same day to replace it!!), and the surrounding areas are always kept nice. The units are spacious and I love the outdoor areas we have, the rooftop view of the city is gorgeous at night. The on-site coffee shop makes the best chai and the vibe is always so calm. I've been living at Prestige for almost 2 years now and I absolutely love it! The apartments themselves are spacious and well-maintained. When I moved in, everything was clean and in perfect working order. The big windows in my unit let in so much natural light.

But what truly makes them special is the management team. The entire staff are incredibly friendly and responsive. They're always willing to go the extra mile to help out, whether it's fixing a minor issue in the apartment or recommending fun things to do in the neighborhood. I just want to say this has been one of the smoothest experiences I’ve ever had with looking for a new place! Brooke was PHENOMENAL!! She was very attentive and didn’t rush me along to make a decision. She was patient and understood how important it was to make the right choice. I asked to see multiple apartments in different locations and she made sure it happened. It was hard because all of the places were beautiful inside.
