From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel welcome and at ease. The studio itself is beautifully designed and always clean and tidy. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and make an effort to get to know everyone individually.

The classes are always challenging, but the instructors offer modifications for those who need them, making it accessible for all fitness levels. Read moreI love this place -- each class is accessible to you as you are in class that day. Sometimes I feel amazing and sometimes for whatever reason something is off, and regardless I feel able to meet and challenge myself where I'm at without judgement.
Modifications are offered proactively and the instructors are quick to help you with form (but also invite you to wave you off if you aren't feeling a touch or correction). The teachers also explain how exercises connect to everyday movement, which I appreciate!
I've never taken a class I didn't like, but Katie and Bella in particular are just SO excellent. Their classes are accessible to a very wide range of abilities, engaging, and fun!
