Tower Health Medical Group Psychiatry - Vine Street — Local services in Philadelphia

This place was wonderful at first, but ever since the person I was seeing left it's just been a hassle. I can only get refills if I call in multiple times (and talk to the appointment person, the medication line goes nowhere and just rings forever.) The doctor I'm with now just doesn't communicate and the last time we spoke she was really weird about me turning on a camera (which I don't have). Maybe most annoying is that for some reason nothing from this office is tied to my Tower Health portal, so everything has to be a phone call.

Even if this is just due to staffing issues you might be able to do...

Would not recommend. The person you talk to isn’t even a psychiatrist, he’s a nurse practitioner. I’ve been in therapy since 2014 I only came here cause my place shut down but he was trying to switch my meds which I explained works for me. I take them as prescribed & as needed.
