Ussually like shopping here but it’s a hit or a miss if you receive any help with finding an item or sizing. Some people Help you while others just tell you to head to the register to wait in line to have them search their inventory or tell you while you’re in the fitting room it’s out there instead of attempting to bring you the item you requested.

Not to mention a time I was in there I tried on lots of items because I was excited for the new styles just to overhear an employee talking rudely about me while I was changing. Saying things like “why is she trying on all that? We need to close the fitting room right now and not let anybody in” then she leaves and returns and says “she’s still trying on stuff. When do you clock out? I feel bad for you” to the fitting room lead. Then sighing about having to push out items I didn’t want. Very rude made me not want to purchase anything at all.

Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend buying a lot of the accessories with glued on bows or flowers as they don’t last very long and fall apart. Cute designs but not if you’re looking for something that’ll last. I was very disappointed in the quality because now I can’t wear it anymore. This was also my first time in Urban Outfitters at this particular location. The first thing I noticed was that the glass doors were filthy it looked like a dog have been looking on the glass. I'm particular about that I come from Healthcare and glass should be clean and see through not cloudy looking like a dog has been licking on it. I did bring that to the associates attention. They have a large selection of both men and women's clothes I was only concerned with the women's clothing which I did find a few pieces that I really liked. The atmosphere of the store was nice, the associates were friendly respectful, and professional. The dressing room was clean and well kept. They have an elevator if you are disabled or if you opt out of walking up or down the steps. That is a plus my overall experience was a great one. I will definitely be returning to this particular Urban Outfitters location and I would definitely recommend. DO NOT order online from this company. They use laser ship which is essentially praying an item makes it to you. No customer service on lost items. Everyone kicks the can down the road.

Update: After waiting forever to look into what happened they said they would send another. 4 days past nothing. I called again, finally got one person who cared about the customer and said he would send out the package overnight right away. A week goes by. The package says pending, I call and am told they are out of stock, and waiting for more to come in. 14 days later, I get an email saying they canceled my order. So because they waited forever to address the obvious fact the player was missing, it sold out and their customer service is an email offering me $10 off my next purchase of $50.
