Great room, but not worth the terrible service.

Room: 4/5. Fantastic room with a full kitchen, a bathroom, and laundry. Floor a little dirty, as well as some surfaces with oily fingerprints on them.

Service: 1/5. First, I couldn’t enter the building, as my code wouldn’t work. Then they told me the room I booked wasn’t available, so they had to move me 20 minutes walk away in another hotel. Fine. Halfway to the other one, they tell me they actually can let me stay in the room I booked, so I walk back. The new code the give me for the front door doesn’t work. It’s at this point I learn that I can just open the “locked” front door if I yank hard enough (which isn’t even that hard). Then I get to my room, which is still being cleaned by room service. Thats fine. My code doesn’t work for my room door. I had to use the room service code that I watched the staff member enter to get into my room. The room smelled like weed. They said they would send someone tomorrow to “assess the smell”. What will they say!? “Yep, that’s weed alright.” Anyway, they finally gave me a code that worked for my room, but the code still doesn’t work for the front door. No matter, since anybody can enter the building if they yank hard enough on the front door anyways. Next day I leave for work, making sure to lock the door behind me, because I had a suspicion the following would happen: when I returned from work at night, my room door was unlocked. The “weed smell assesser” must have forgotten to lock the door behind him, risking the theft of my belongings in my room all day. They have yet to explain or apologize for this.

My friend and I went there for two nights stay to explore Philly during fall season and absolutely loved everything about this location. The suite is located in Rittenhouse||Square, which was so beautiful and everything was walking distance from the place. The suites have a fully stocked kitchen and laundry machines they also left snacks and a bottle of waters. We were able to check out so many different places and shop at anytime because it was so close to the suite. We shopped at H&M and Uniqlo and many other places. There is so many Resturent options and we were able to check out few. My favorite part of our stay was that this suite makes you feel at home. We were able to go to Trader Joe’s and target few minutes away from the suite and bring groceries to make food as well. I loved the bathroom design as well as the kitchen and staircases looked so aesthetic. My friend and I took tons of pictures in the stairs. I will definitely come back to this place whenever I visit Philly. I love that this place lets you check in and out electronically so you don’t have to go through costumer service and deal with all the problems.
