GameStop — Local services in Philadelphia

The employees are a scammer. I was a gamestop member which allows me to buy games a little less then what they cost, but supposedly it expired so I renewed my membership after being told by the cashier it was only $11. The cost of the 2 games I bought where only $17 each plus I was told I would receive a coupon the next for a buy two games get one free and $50 worth of coupons. After paying, my total went up extreamly and the buy 2 get one free was only for use games. In addition I was not given a membership card, nor told I had to go online to activate it, I still haven't reacive my coupon in my email yet and these people where even conveniencing to spend more for the protection of two cheap games. I went to gamestop and asked a worker if there is an additonal off clearance. The worker replied with ignorant sass saying "It's already on CLEARANCE, why would you need additional off? Gamestop doesn't do that" to which I replied "Gamestop has done up to an additional 50% off clearance before." And then she tried to give me more sass "This gamestop?" And I answered her "ALL gamestops" (and yes, I have bought things from THIS gamestop that gave an additional 50% off clearance). Then she finally said she will ask her coworker about it and he answered my question "There is an additional 30% off clearance items". Then later I overheard her telling a potential customer to come in the store to check instead of checking in the gamestop database if something...

Very rude staff. No one was wearing a name tag I could see, so I don't have the name of the manger(the guy with tattoos on his arms). But, he refused to explain why my refund was a different amount when returning a item as cash or credit. I keep asking as I needed credit card, but that was the lower price. After just asking him to explain it he cancelled wrote down the corporate number, put that on the item push it towards me and shouted next. I said I'm not done with my return and he just keep saying you can leave. Or go to a another store.

Would highly suggest you go to another store. It's people like him that give GameStop...
