Panda Express — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Just ok!..the food is subpar..On different days with different cooks, your food has a different taste...some days it's good and other days it's burnt and covered with sauce, and sometimes it's dried out noodles, chicken, rice, beef or shrimps..or rancid chicken..They no longer serve the fried tofu which was a plus for me with the veggies...since the rice has eggs in it a lot of people can't eat it. There should be other alternatives, especially because I am a vegan. The floor by the soda machine should be cleaned more...it is always sticky and there is always 2 types of drink that's empty with no sinage on it. The tables get cleaned when you ask or if there is absolutely no one in the store other wise you have to ask for someone to clean it off...Some of the employees are nice but the Asian manager struggles with the English language and gets frustrated when you don't understand her, which makes her start saying no to everything you ask her. Eg. Do you have any beverage carriers?...No....no...noooo! Place need some work. UPDATE: Restaurant has gotten worse, now they don't make the teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken, so now you get boiled/grilled chicken that is passed off as teriyaki chicken. UPDATE #2: Is Progressively getting worst. Crowded, 1 cook, manager and 2 others working and can not keep up with the demand. The food is still horrible. Hard-undercooked rice, rancid chicken, noodles are not al-dente, they are raw or blanched. Food has become horrible. I ordered on line and got half containers of food which is what they do when they are busy. You get slighted with your food to make it enough for several people...what a shame. The WORST panda express I have EVER been too. First, I order a plate. Apparently what I wanted was a 7 minute wait that turned into 15 minutes. No big deal, but then I received my plate and there was barely any food on it. I understand a heaping scoop could mean different things to people, but even the side portions were a sorry excuse. There was barely any food on the entire thing. Then I called back and the manager takes down my name and everything and says to come back WHENEVER for a replacement meal. I show up to the restaurant and the servers tell me that they cannot give it to me without the manager there. WHERE IS THE MANAGER? I drove all the way here from Chester county to get a free meal (not really free had they made it right the first time) and after the long wait in line, they tell me I can't get it without a receipt. However, the manager on the phone took my receipt number and didn't mention me needing to bring a receipt back. This was a terrible experience. I will NEVER go back to this Panda Express again. I would recommend ANY other one, but don't waste your time...

Warning ⚠️ long posting: Normally, I have to wait at this location, and I mean wait. I decided to order ahead today via grubhub. When I went to pick up my food, they said someone else took it. They allowed a random to walk out their restaurant with 60 dollars worth of food? Then, the cashier offered to see what was left in the trays, and I could wait for that. Meanwhile, you know there's a line. I declined and asked for a refund. She said I would have to wait until the manager came in tomorrow for a refund. So I paid them the same day for service they failed to deliver and I would have to wait until the next day? That was basically it. If it were not for Grubhub, they were going to make me return the next day to get my money back. They acted like this was par for the course, so be fore-warned. This establishment has no respect for its customers or its reputation. I have officially been punked for the...
