I purchased $6,400 worth of patio furniture from them in July 2017. We went there because we wanted furniture that would last in the Arizona sun and paid extra for Sunbrella fabric. We noticed our blue cushions were turning brown this year and I went back to the store to ask about the warranty. I was told the cushions only had a 1 year warranty but if we sent them pictures they would try to help out with the issue. This was upsetting since we made it clear when shopping that we wanted Sunbrella with a long warranty. My wife wrote a Yelp review regarding this and to my surprise the owner of the business called me on July 9th, not to resolve the issue but the threaten me and demand my wife remove her review because it wasn't "correct". He did inform me on this call that we have a 5 year warranty on the Sunbrella fabric but he wouldn't help us unless we remove our Yelp review. I was contacted by the store on July 27th to inform me my warranty claim had been accepted and to bring the cushions in to be replaced. On July 28th the owner Todd Singer wrote me an email demanding again that my wife's review be removed or else. I informed him not to worry I will be writing a review that will clearly outline my experience working with him. He responded by telling us he is cancelling our warranty claim with Sunbrella. If you want to spend thousands of dollars on patio furniture and be treated like this when there is an issue this is the place for you. Fantastic experience from selection to delivery. We made a fairly large purchase (6 outdoor seating areas for front and back patios) and worked with Lyndsay over several weeks to finalize all of our selections. Lyndsay is incredibly knowledgeable about their large furniture portfolio (the store has many pieces on display plus they have numerous catalogs), and she provided us with great advice balancing our style, quality needs and budget.

We had numerous appointments and emails, and we greatly appreciated her expertise, patience, responsiveness, thoroughness and dedication. Never once rushed or pushed. As we approached our delivery date, the communication with her and the warehouse was excellent, and delivery was true white-glove experience…e.g., asking us exactly where we wanted each piece. A few examples of their high-quality service; one piece had a scratch (due to packing from factory) and they immediately addressed. Another piece took significantly longer to arrive from their supplier, so they lent us a nearly identical piece for several months until ours arrived.

The furniture itself is excellent quality; solid/ heavy with thick cushions and Sunbrella fabric. Lots of compliments from friends. We couldn’t be happier with our "furniture experience", and very highly recommend Lyndsay and All American...

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience at All American Outdoor Living. Being in the home remodeling business, my husband and I have bought our fair share of outdoor furniture. Not only does AAOL have competitive pricing, but they have an extremely broad selection of items, with new things coming in all the time. Every time I went in there, I would see something new that I loved. But the thing I love most about AAOL was the Customer Service and personalization I received. Lyndsay really listened to my vision and desires and pieced together a collection of items I loved. If there was something I wanted to swap, she was readily prepared with alternatives. She was communicative with me every step of the way in the process from selection to purchase to delivery and install. The owners, Mitch and Todd, were involved in the oversight of the project and never made me feel pressured. They promised to work within a budget I felt comfortable with and stayed true to that promise. I will absolutely use a AAOL on my next home project.
