ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE! I decided to try out a new nail place so I found this place on google and booked an appointment through their website. The appointment was for 11:30 am with a woman nail technician and required a credit card where no shows could be charged. So I made sure the get there at 11:20 so I didn't run into any problems checking in. I waited until 12:15 to be seated and then for my gel manicure and was given a bowl with a little bit of super cold water. I sat there for about 20 more minutes until the man started filing my nails. Every minute he would get up to check people out and take phone calls on the stores phone and on his personal phone. He didn't even give any type of hand massage which is standard at every other nail place. I told him that I had an appointment at 11:30 am (which was an hour ago at that point) in hopes that he would stop taking personal phone calls and treat me like a client. He proceeded to tell me three people called out this morning. After the manicure I went to the pedicure station and the woman was clearly sick. I started observing the rest of the employees and they all seemed to be either coughing or sniffling. I heard an employee clearing mucus out of their throat in the bathroom. Pedicure was horrible however I feel bad for the nail technician because she was clearly sick. The "massage" was not even 30 seconds long and the hot stones were super cold. I felt obligated to ask the man if the people who called out were sick because I am a caregiver for a high risk woman. He said yes so now I have to call out of work and miss holiday plans with my own family. I said I really hope they feel better soon and his response was they better be back tomorrow they have 1099 tax forms they need to make money. How selfish is this place if they were smart they would shut it down for a few days for the sake of their own employees and customers. I'm really hoping all those customers in there didn't catch what's going around the nail salon. All they care about is money. I WAS THERE FOR NEARLY 3 HOURS for just a manicure and pedicure. In total I was getting my actual nails done for probably 30 minutes. He charged me full price ($76) and then proceeded to ask me if I'm tipping cash or card. I wouldn't care about this if the services were done well but they were terrible and this isn't proper...

My daughter and I planned mani/pedis. The polish I chose for the mani was from their inventory and sheer pink. The technician coated it so thick it was obvious it was never going to dry. I bumped nail and she looked annoyed but corrected it. At that moment I should have said, that polish must have been old- it is too thick... but I thought I would just wait it out. Over an hour later my nails were still total mush. The few that were not tacky could still be indented with the light touch- it was the equivalent of a 10 year old doing nails.
We were shopping in the same area so we walked back in and asked for the polish to be removed so I could get to another appointment (and asked if I could come back another day).
I was questioned why I couldn't correct them immediately and I repeated I had an appt. What time? It was so odd, I explained it was directly. I was told regular nails were "not guaranteed". Sure, I get this but the nails are a mess and won't dry. This isn't about chipping... There was a standoff and staring, just no willingness to do anything. The attitude was now nor never. I was shocked, anyone could see it was a terrible manicure, never mind a waste of time that left a bad vibe for our "fun day".
I left for my appt and called while I was driving to ask for another day or a refund- and even said I don't want to leave a bad review. Either option was a simple and reasonable solution! Collectively we spent $250 in the shop (and my daughter gets gel there regularly).
I later got a call back but they still refused to allow me to reset a time that would work for me or refund. It is so unfortunate that they care so little about customers or the quality of their service not to simply fix the problem. At this point it is maybe $30 but it is the principle.
Be aware they do NOT stand by their work nor do they care about customer service or basic business ethics. With so many great shops in the area there is no reason to waste your time or money and be treated like the bad guy for expecting basic quality service. Note- no photos because I could use my phone- I was waiting the for...
Read moreI went to this salon for the first time and was so relieved to find somewhere nice to go as I have just moved to the area. Linda did my pedicure and Rachel did my nails. All was well and I was enjoying my experience until very unexpectedly things took a turn…..Rachel who was waiting to do my nails spoke to Linda from way across the salon in Vietnamese so I did not know what was said, but soon after that a barrage of angry words began to fly between them! It was the most bizarre thing and made myself and other patrons feel very uncomfortable.
Sadly I will not be back to this salon because from that point, the pleasant experience I thought I was having was completely ruined as Rachel sobbed through the rest of my appointment whilst doing my nails and Linda continued to speak to her in a very angry tone for some time after the initial argument broke out. Rachel cried through my manicure and I even offered to come back another time but I was assured that my appointment could be continued.
Very disappointing especially after it started so well. I urge Management of this salon to really train your employees to be professional at all times especially because you are in a prime area and we pay a lot of money to come there. It would have been so much better to call the ladies back and let them know that that was not the time to attack each other verbally because your guests come there to relax and enjoy a good experience. The incident should have been professionally handled by management.
The experience cost me $105 !!!! I would not have minded so much if my manicure had lasted but four days later my gel polish on my right hand chipped on three fingers and the acrylic tip on one finger broke.
I had to find the color nail polish they used and I’m still touching up my nails myself so they look half decent because I don’t want to have to spend another $105 so soon! My pedicure is still fine so I’m relieved about that. Sorry...
