Biltmore Nail Bar — Local services in Phoenix

I sent my wife to this nail bar today for a relaxing pedicure as a treat since she’s 6 months pregnant and has not had time to do something for herself in a while. Unfortunately, the level of service she received was beyond disappointing, completely ruining what was meant to be a special, relaxing experience.

She has visited this nail bar multiple times in the past, including for her bridal party before our wedding, and the experiences were always great. That’s why I felt confident sending her today. Sadly, they failed at every step this time.

She was seated fairly quickly upon arrival, but then left waiting without so much as an update or any gesture to make her comfortable. In the past, when she’s had to wait for a technician, the staff would at least fill the water bowl so she could begin soaking her feet and relaxing. This time, nothing—not even a simple offer of bottled water while she waited.

She explained she was on a tight schedule (as she also has a toddler at home and only had a short window for childcare). After 30 minutes of sitting there without anyone checking in, someone finally walked by and told her to “just keep waiting” and that it wouldn’t be much longer. When she asked for the water bowl to be filled, they put about 2 inches of lukewarm water in—still no jets, and no technician in sight. After waiting another 5–8 minutes, she had to leave without being seen.

This was incredibly frustrating and upsetting for her, especially at a time when something as simple as a pedicure should have been a moment to unwind. It’s unacceptable to treat any client this way, let alone someone who is visibly pregnant.

We’ve always supported this business in the past, but after today’s experience, we will not...

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at this nail salon, especially with Jennifer! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed into a serene, calming space that immediately puts you at ease. A perfect escape from the everyday hustle!

Jennifer always goes above and beyond in every way. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm personality make every appointment feel like a luxury experience. She is a master at her craft — my nails have never looked or felt better! Her work is consistently flawless, long-lasting, and customized exactly to what I want (even when I don’t quite know what that is myself!).

It’s rare to find someone who blends high-quality artistry with such genuine care and comfort. Jennifer is that rare gem, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails now. If you’re looking for a place that delivers top-tier service, incredible results, and a peaceful vibe, this is it!

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my visit on July 14th. My regular AMAZING nail tech, Chanel, was not in that day, so I had a nail repaired by a tech named Men. While I was completely fine with someone else assisting me due to the urgency, the service I received was disappointing.

From the moment I sat down, I wasn’t greeted. Men was aggressive while handling my hand, stayed on a FaceTime call throughout the appointment, and made me feel dismissed when I explained my usual color combo. She even laughed in my face when I pointed out that the shape and color didn’t match my other nails. It felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

I’ve been a loyal client, spending over $120 every two weeks, and I usually have a great experience with Chanel, who always provides excellent service. It’s unfortunate that not all staff offer the same level of professionalism and care.
