I had the most amazing experience at Sushi 32, all thanks to our wonderful server Jeanna. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Update: a month later and still no call from a manager.

Absolutely horrid! I ordered through DoorDash on Christmas Day and ended up throwing the entire order away. Nearly $100 worth of food. DoorDash reimbursed me $66 of that but when I called the restaurant they tell me they’re too busy to handle this and to call back tomorrow to which I do. Jeana is such a sweetheart who passed my info along to the manager and five hours later no one has reached out to me so I call back and the manager tells Jeana through a message that it’s the drivers doing for taking over an hour to deliver the food AFTER being picked up but that isn’t true order to delivery was 50 mins tops and it had nothing to do with the food being cold only it was horrific and the after taste couldn’t be tolerated. Would love to post the video of me throwing it all away! Hopefully this restaurant finally reaches out to do the right thing. Because if I were sitting in the restaurant I would have absolutely returned that food...
