The property my business resides in has been managed by a number of companies, but Capital Asset Management is BY FAR the best. Issues are responded to promptly and one is able to speak to staff without any problem. While I was left feeling lost in the wilderness for years, literally, due to distance from "the city," this company does not allow that to be an issue.
