Bad experience I had a just 4 u the selfcheck out guy refused to help me. Then said go to the service desk even show him my phone I had it. Others safe way and Albertson never had an issue not wasting my time there no more that day I was running errands Durning around 4 to 6pm he was rude. Being lazy most of the time was at his stand then standing in the back making sure everyone was scanning their order on every now then on his phone. This made me furious. Needs to be trained how to treat his customers first. Then sending every one to service desk having to wait longer. This happened to me 4 times I hate it there not going to spend my money there no more . Maybe your supervisor need to watch him how he denies service how he at the stand most of the time...

Always fun to visit the Biltmore. While the good stores post their holiday sale signs out front, others hide their sales way in the back of the store, and then want you to come inside to browse the other things. Some stores are stuffy as in too much heat and need serious air freshener.

Being dog friendly, with watering bowls set out and clean walkways with beautiful flowers and holiday displays is welcoming and adds to the ambiance. Maybe some street musicians or artists could set up shop in some of the median areas.

All in all, we enjoy the stroll, window shopping, and the great deals we can find ( 65-80%) off...

Great shopping/center strip mall. My nail salon is here, Charlie's Nails, where I have been going to for 6 years. From the first day I walked in there, they were warm and eager to please, plus I love Hanny and consider her family. There is Delux which is one of my favorite inexpensive restaurants, Gelato Spot and Safeway. Those are the places I tend to go to but there is much more here. 2 banks, 2 salons, a camera store, a jewelry store, several restaurants, a high end home store, clothing store and coffee shop.
