I never thought I would ever give this place a 1 star, they have always been amazing (especially when phyllis was working there) and fair, But recently I went in (rite before Christmas) and was given a price on a new necklace, told Carol (again who I have always thought that I had a great rapport with) I would have to come back and pick up over the next day or so, she was ok with that, got sick, rather than bringing germs into store I waited. I definitely didn’t expect price to jump up $500 on me. When I mentioned that to her, she laughed in my face and walked away, she tried saying it was a different necklace, It was not, I took a pic of tag and wrote down the info on it. It really Took me by surprise, you think she would have showed me something else but nope walked away. Not sure what happened, but to overcharge a good customer and laugh at them, I thought was very unprofessional and rude, Looks like I’ll have to find another jeweler to take my business too. At first I was not very happy with my experience here but the end results turned out great.

I had my engagment ring sized here. I was told I should do a size smaller than I wanted. Of course I agreed since they are a jewler they probably know best. When I picked up my ring that was sized to the recommend size of course it was too small. I informed the lady this isn't going to work for me, I need the size I originally asked for. The lady was very polite about it but then told me I would have to wait an additional week to get it sized again. I was upset when I left since I already waited a week for the first sizing. The very next day I got a phone call that my ring was ready to be picked up. I was so happy. I appreciated the fact that they righted the wrong in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend this place and I will definitely be going back for any other...

It may not be in the best area but looks will be deceiving. The customer service is very inviting and they DO NOT pressure you to buy anything. They are very helpful and accommodating with your needs. I went there to purchase an engagement ring for my now Fiancée and they catered to my/her needs according without trying to upset me. I actually really respected that. The jeweler they have, let's talk about him! He does AMAZING work! When I saw my ring it looked flawless and that was even after a resize! I was and still am impressed by his craftsmanship. This store has been around for a long time and there is a reason for that. I have no problem with purchasing any...
