I took my 8 yo daughter here to get her first gel manicure for school. I was about due for mine also, so I thought "what they hey, might as well get mine done also". The first thing I noticed was how clean and well maintained everything was. The second thing was that they had murder mysteries on the TV, it really is a vibe in there. The ladies were quick to LOOK ME IN THE EYES WHILE WELCOMING ME IN! Let's just say that my experiences shopping around, trying to find a place to start taking my daughter have been rough. We were a little early but didn't have to wait at all. I was extremely pleased with how gentle, patient and informative my daughter's nail tech was with her. My nail tech was also gentle and I appreciated that she wasn't overly chatty with me given my anxiety. She was nice and polite, she made me feel like I had her full attention. I came here yesterday for the first time after being referred to this salon by my grandma! I love all the white lights they have inside and every employee is very nice. I especially enjoyed having my gel manicure and regular pedicure done by Tony- he was very friendly and outgoing! I originally was referred to Tracy by my grandma since she recently started doing my grandma's lash extensions! I highly recommend Tracy for anyone who is interested in getting their lashes because she's very open with you about what you should do to take care of your lashes. She is also very experienced compared to other lash artists who may either just have finished aesthetician school or just starting to work on lashes. Also Tracy's rates for full sets and refills are very affordable compared to other lash artists. Tony and Tracy did a great job making me feel beautiful for my birthday week and I highly recommend this salon...

I have always Tracy and her staff and the beautiful work they do daily. But I have one visit that I have some serious issues with. I went in for a color. my hair was blue before but it was very faded. I understand the need for maybe some brighter red added at the bottom to cancel out the blue but she dyed my whole head bright red and left my roots dark. I went back in and asked for a refund and they made the excuse well its because your hair is blue. that is not how you run a business. I paid $150.00 and only got $50.00 back. It is now only a week later and my hair is now blonde at the bottom. I have not stripped the color, havent tried to fade it and this happened. That is ridiculous!! I want all my money back.
