I went to this jack in the box to get a quick bite to eat before my meeting. I always do mobile ordering, so naturally I did the same this time. I picked up my food and went back to my office. When I opened my bag, I realized the burgers I ordered with no cheese on them… you guessed it… has cheese on them. I figured it’s not a big deal, we all make mistakes! So I attempted to call them to notify them about their mistake and no one picked up. So I started my meeting and figured I would try again after (since I wasn’t able to eat my food anyway cuz is was wrong). I called the second time and no response. I didn’t want to waste my time and go all the way back for two junior burgers, but it turned into a point rather than about the money I wasted. So I went back, notified them about the order mishap and the person helping claimed her screen showed that there was supposed to be cheese on the burgers. Which is fine, but then they need to fix their app because I showed her and mine clearly said no cheese. Needless to say I don’t want to point fingers, but I’m pretty confident someone just misread something. The app has a dang good rating in the App Store! So she said she would remake them and that was cool! She also offered me a drink while I wait 30 seconds to receive my aggressively average food. I declined. I’m not trying to tell anyone how to run their business, excuse clearly jack in the box is a successful business, and I’m sitting behind a screen complaining, but man was that some bad service. I personally wish I got paid to do my job wrong, would make things a lot easier! Moral of the story is if your order is wrong, pray you aren’t too far away because they aren’t gonna answer...
Read moreThey have me waiting on line for 45 mnts and we count the amount of workers inside, total of 7 and they can't handle just the drive thru, as soon as we aproveches the window i told one of workers; you most give me a discount for make everybody wait for over 30mnts in the line and fisrt think he said was; we are not allowed to do that, and I ended putting my credit card by the window and he react like ; now you most leave the place cause you want the food for free and I had my 3 sons as a witness at the moment and makes me very upset 😡 , I ended up telling him ;, we can believe 7 people cant handle the drive thru, you guys should be fair with the customers for make them wait over 30 mnts. and they didn't open the window back again! Read moreLobby and dine-in was clean. There were not to many customers in the restaurant, which I personally tend to like. Face masks worn by JITB employees, as well as most customers that walked in. That again, is a plus for me. Beyond that no issues, hot food and cold beverage and the employees seemed to keep busy. The only one thing, I'd mention is the restroom facilities, not sure if the female restroom has the same stench, but I've smelled this at many of different places (not just JITB), but there has to be a way to eliminate that sewage gas smell from coming through. My suggestion, is making sure the pee traps and floor drains containe an enzyme to help rid the residual gases to come up and again, making sure they remain full. That water can easily evaporate with our high temperatures, so hopefully this is a practice they have in place or can incorporate. Overall, no bad experience...
