I purchased over $4700.00 of materials for my bathrooms to be remodeled and $800.00 for a dishwasher. The people that hooked up my dishwasher said there is a leak and they can not fix. I never had a leak before they installed the dishwasher, it turns out they didn't even tighten the hose. When I ordered all the items for my bathrooms to be remodeled I was working with Tom in the flooring department and I had him add notes to my order to have everything shipped at the same time to my house because I was taking a month long trip to Japan and didn't have the time to have things showing up at my door without my contractor there. This did not happen! I had about $3000.00 worth of items in my driveway at 7:00 pm. There were 2 different deliveries on different dates. Clearly nobody reads the work orders, they see the products and put them on a truck and dump them off.Tom in the flooring department has ALWAYS been the person I've gone to for any of my needs in Home Depot and he has been super cool and professional and deserves to be recognized for his awesome customer service. Most of the items that I ordered with Tom were the correct items and what I received were not even close to the correct items which caused me to have to spend even more money on my remodeling project. Time and money wasted sending my contractor back to Home Depot to return the items that we're not correct thanks to Home Depot's staff pulling items and not reading notes on the order details. My life long dream of traveling to Japan was a bit stressful because I had to deal with Home Depot's mistakes. When I returned to the States I went to Home Depot and talked with Tom about everything that happened and he called his Manager SAUL. Once Saul came to the flooring department he pulled up my account and saw the dishwasher on my order and asked what is the compensation I was looking for. He never even looked into the $4700.00 purchase. Saul said let me see what I can do and I will call you on Friday. Friday came and went and on Thursday the following week I had to call him! He said sorry I couldn't find your information and that is why I didn't call you. I find that very hard to believe because of the working relationship Tom and I have had over the years and Tom knows exactly who I am. All Saul would have to do is ask Tom what my name was and he could've pulled up my account. Saul said the best he can do is $164.00 plus tax for a total of $210.00 refundable back to the card for the dishwasher. I asked him what about the $4700.00 worth of materials that I purchase or the time my contractor spent having to return and purchase new things. Saul said this is the best they can do! I can not believe this is the best he can do or Home Depot can do nor will I accept that as an answer. Saul could care less about his customers or customer loyalty to Home Depot. I would like someone from corporate to contact me about this matter but I'm not holding my breath on that. Home Depot is so big that if I don't shop there anymore it's not the end of Home Depot's business so they will carry on without my business. It makes me sick to know that hard working people like myself will spend my hard earned money at a business and when the business falls short on their products and or services it means nothing. Saul knows he could have saved me as a future customer if he would've asked more questions or done more investigations into this matter but he didn't and that tells me he could care less about his customer base, staff, and Home Depot. If this is the kind of management you have working for you my suggestion is go back to the drawing board and find someone who will represent the company in a better light. As far as I'm concerned Saul would be looked at a liability versus an asset to Home Depot. Just let business walk out the door never to return is not a good business...

When my dog had Therapy dog lessons, it was stated that you can bring your dogs to Home Depot on 2650 W. Thunderbird Road, out of the heat to walk them around, no problem! We'll, theirs a problem with this Home Depot, customers complained about my dog barking!! I don't blame my dog, She's my therapy dog, passed the therapy dog training class, but, the trainer told me, "Remember each dog greets people differently, some fast, some slow, and alot of humans push their hand at the dog to want to pet it, and alot of dog won't take that hand shoving Behavior from humans, but, to have people greet your dog, you have to educate the humans first, or they will bark at that human instead, the dogs boundaries weren't being enforced, with my dog, first. My dog is as gentle as a baby, she barks to say hello, but people don't get that, and she's now a trained therapy dog, trained to protect me, and if people, strangers, get to close to me, without being introduced by me, to the humans, then she will bark, we'll, that's what happened, complaints, my dog is so gentle, but, if my dog doesn't know you and you shove your hand towards her, then, I don't blame my dog for barking at all! a lady stated, "Dogs shouldn't be in this store." My answer, "Why not, humans complaining, that's a human BARKING, if you ask me." My dog is a wonderful dog, but, no one waited for the rules. No my dog doesn't and will never bite anyone, my dog has the welcoming bark that God Gave her!! I will never, ever go to this location again! I apologized to one of the workers, that looked the most pissed off, I told her, "I want to apologize for my dog barking, I'm sorry that customers were complaining about my dogs barking and presence in your store, and I'm sorry." I always have my dogs back, and if I need to speak for my dog, I do, but, people need to be more educated on greeting trained dogs, like therapy dog, their job and purpose, and thats what I told one worker, after he asked me what my dogs needs are for, and I told him, "My dogs is not a show dog, she has a job, my dogs purpose is to help me, and assist me, my dogs my therapy dog, she helps me get up when I fall, she's my guide, assisting me with walking, gets me things, not a service dog, the jobs between a service dog and therapy dog are different, but, they are equally important." I won't ever coming to this Home Depot ever again, I was asked a rude question by a worker, they said, "Are you going to be leaving soon, theirs complaints about your dog barking!" I told the worker, "Yes, I am, right now." Please, Read my review! Dogs are always learning how to meet and greet people, and the dog owner is always enforcing the noise bark rule, but, dogs, to sometimes don't listen, their our kids, our fur kids, and need corrected just like human kids. So everyone please be kind to dogs, give them a brake, hear the rules of the owners, first, on how to meet and greet their dogs, before you stick your hand down towards the dogs, or they will bark at you. You wouldn't like for someone to stick their hand in your face, a stranger, Would you?, I guarantee, You would bark at that person, also for shoving their hand in your face, too....

Wish they had zero stars. Purchased new vinyl (wood plank look). Home Depot setup USIG Installers to do instill. Installer was unfriendly with my wife during install. Then he proceeded to falsely tell my wife, that if any problems call USIG Installers directly, by passing Home Depot. This is specifically against Home Depot purchase contract, wife my wife was unaware of and trusted the installer. Several days later my wife was cleaning and using recommended product and she noticed a corner of one of the planks was cut off. Also trim used to meet the kitchen and living room was coming up. Both simple fixes by an installer. She did as told by installer fromUSIG Installers and called to have floor repaired. All good so far, right? Not even close! Installers were no-shows two weeks in a row. My was upset due to second no show and especially the rude treatment by Don @ USIG Installers. So rude I had to that the phone. He was so indigent with me I was amazed Home Depot would work with or worse send these people to customers homes. He basically told me to stick it. Or as he told me. We are having installer shortages and nothing they can do. I pushed the fact I hired Home Depot and his staff problems are something he should bring up with Home Depot. Aggressively he told me I am nobody, and Home Depot is a billion dollar company that could care less about a single upset customer like me, so he could care less if I complained.

I contacted the store, spoke with Manager, contacted Home Depot headquarters in Alanted. Was told Home Depot does care about every customer whether you spent a $1 or $10,000. I received a case # and was told that on Tuesday July 27, 2021 I would be contacted to schedule repair and installer would show up.

It is now afterbMid Ishtar on July 28th and I received no call. Earlier I called store gave my case # and inquired were things stood. Was told he was not aware of issue and he would give it to the store expediter ( new one) and someone would contact me immediately.

I guessing you know from this review, No calls, no emails Just The Worst Possible Customer Service! The nest meeting of my investor club will be about where we all move our Home Depot shares to.

My advise. AVOID Home Depot and do not open your door to an installer working for USIG Installers. Life is too short to deal with poorly operated businesses.

Have a wonderful...
