They never have my size in pants and that's okay. I just go to the counter and order what I need. It takes four to five days and they call me up. The staff is has always been friendly and helpful. Been shopping at this store for fifteen years.

Read moreHusband has been going here for 10 years, normally it’s a good shopping experience. May not be the easiest to find someone but it’s a big store and we’ve always found someone or what we needed. All the employees use to be super helpful and friendly. Today however the employees were outright rude. Not one of them asked if we needed help or greeted us when we walked in to start.
After a bit of searching around the store for help finding some shirts we went up to the front to ask if they had a larger size for a shirt we found. The girls at the front not only looked annoyed that customers were asking them for help but also that it bothered them that we had asked them a question. One initially tried to tell us they didn’t carry anything larger than a 2x. When I told them I had some 3x shirts in my hand and there were even 4x shirts out there, the other one rolled her eyes and at least made an attempt to check the inventory at that point. She then said that the inventory doesn’t show sizes, which I found odd as I feel like she should have know from working there or mentioned that that brand of shirts doesn’t show sizes. Neither of them offered to help us look either, and said if we wanted to we could go check again otherwise everything that had was out on the floor. Third one just sat there and didn’t say anything to us.Just overall felt like an inconvenience to them and like they wanted us to go away. All three of them were just sitting and chatting the whole time we’re were shopping and still at it after we checked out and left. Just sad to see a nice store turn out like all the other big stores where they don’t care about...
Read moreI’ve never been so mad. My husband and I go at least twice a month to cowtown I17 and Thunderbird every time we go there are new employees. We went last weekend and bought a couple shirts and him some new jeans. Went back today because one of their shirts was on the wrong size hanger and of ALL of my years going there have never been told to “check” shirts for proper sizing. We have actually NEVER even been helped there because all of their employees are two busy gossiping behind the counter. Today we went to exchange the shirt that we purchased and was the wrong size and when I didn’t think I had the receipt was told “we might be able to do store credit” by a lady with a dog, and was then told by a bald dude that “no sorry we can’t do that, we need the receipt.” I was able to find my receipt and went back in and was met by a girl with a bunch of holes in her face saying “what’s up!” First and foremost that’s not how you speak to customers and secondly she and the bald guy were talking a bunch of crap before we left. I explained that if they weren’t going to do exchanges without a receipt they should tell customers to be cautious that it’s the right size. The chick with the holes in her face proceeded to tell me they do which I told her they don’t because in all of the 10+ years I’ve gone in there I’ve never been told anything. She rolled her eyes and proceeded my refund I explained I will no longer be doing business at a place with such horrible antics and customer service. Do better cowtown I’m sure Boot Barn would love the amount of money we spend on...
