I have only come here 3 times.
The first time my food was burned to a crisp, the drive thru girl was rude, and whoever made my pizza forgot to put cheese on it. I figured someone was having a really terrible day, so I let it go.
The second time, another drive thru experience; I was told what I was trying to order would take 8 minutes to make, I asked if they could just give me a cheese pizza and throw the supreme on top, figuring by the time I get home everything would just cook. But the lady at the drive thru said no, I could wait 8 minutes, or order something else. I ordered something else. A burrito, the power menu one. It looked really good. Along with that, my kid ordered something... I Don't remember, but, I remembered biting into my burrito, and almost crashing my car! It was Soo gross. The food was unrecognizable inside the burrito everything was completely burned and somehow I'm estimating about 1 tablespoon of seasonings had landed inside. I was pretty upset so I waited for a week before calling them to let them know something was wrong in this location. I called and spoke with a manager. Nice guy, explained what happened both times and told him I wasn't trying to get free food, I simply thought he should know there is a problem with his cooking staff. He insisted that I come in. He said he will send a master text out to his fellow managers, to let them know I'll be showing up if he isn't there. This call was made on June 25th. Why do I know that? Read on to visit number three....
The third time... I walked in. Asked for a manager. It's someone else, not the guy I spoke to on the phone. I explain what had happened, told her I spoke with someone already and that he sent her a text with all the information in it. I suggested that she looks up my name in Her texts, it would pull up whatever he sent regarding me. She didn't. She looked in the register files instead. She made me wait for about 15 minutes, the. Basically implied that I was lying. I pulled up the history on my phone to show her I called in on June 25th. And again asked her to look it up in her phone. Instead, She offered me a burrito and a pizza, but when she gave it to me, she looked at me like I just pulled some dirty trick on her.
Dude. Never will I ever eat there again. That entire location is messed up. To that guy who took my call, find a better place to work for, these people are not worth your time bro, if you want a better atmosphere, with good pay, hit me up, I will hook you up with an awesome job. Read moreI ordered on the app and the app said to let them know at the order menu that I'm ready for pickup. I drive up to the order menu. "Hello?" No response. "HELLO?? DO I JUST ORDER AT THE WINDOW??" Again. No response. I try this once more to no avail. So naturally I drive up to the window. The person sees my phone and says "mobile order?" And I said "oh! Yes it is" and she brings me someone else's order. I tell her "oh no this isn't my order" and I show her my phone (had my order number as well as every item that I purchased ahead of time) she tells me "oh. Well we haven't done that yet, it's going to be awhile with all these cars behind you". I park, wait 10 minutes, and go inside. The young man at the counter said "oh no we don't have that order in yet" so I told him my name that was attached to the order from the lady at the window. He tells me he'll bring it to my car when it's ready. Another 15 minutes pass by and he comes back with almost all of my order. I say "we had 2 drinks, hot sauce and some Cinnatwists" and he says "oh yeah. That's all they gave me." And just stands there! "Soooo I guess I'm waiting on those too??" "Oh! Yeah let me grab those!" Another 5 minutes go by beforehe comes back with the drinks. One of them being about half full. He said "yeah I dunno they just gave that to me"
I'm home now, our orders are wrong and items that said "no sour cream" have sour cream so that's wasted food to a picky child.
I'm absolutely appalled at this "service" and now I get why my friends say to avoid...
Read moreI have loved taco bell forever, but I am done with them. I have been visiting this location for literally a decade, bc it is about 3 minutes from my house, and it has gotten worse and worse and worse in terms of food quality. EVERYTHING is basically as empty as they can get it and still hand you a menu item. This has been going on for a while now but it has gotten so bad I am just done. Today I got a veggie mexican pizza, already kind of a rip off for $6, but it didn't even have enough beans in it to keep the top and bottom together. If it had more than 1.5 tablespoons of beans I would be shocked. C'mon taco bell, beans are CHEAP. Below are pics from the last maybe 6-9 months of "empty" burritos, mexican pizzas, and a black bean chalupa that was basically all lettuce. TB has become probably the WORST fast food for vegans and vegetarians, and at this location you can't even get enough food to be filling for lunch unless you order $20 worth of items. After all these years, I guess I am breaking up with Taco Bell. The employees here are all VERY nice, but it is apparent the owner/management is training them to use the bare minimum of ingredients and complaining to corporate...
