Panera Bread — Restaurant in Phoenix

My experience at Panera Bread I walked in and it's a whole lot of people just on Wi-Fi with their phones plugged up I observe the workers in went to the ladies room there was a worker right behind me who then wait for me to finish washing my hands so she just walked out I thought that was a very unsanitary and so they just look at you like are you going to buy anything so with that being said I just signed up for their little subscription all funny like are you going to buy anything from this restaurant it doesn't look up support so I signed up for a little subscribe it's called sip and zip where you can get a free drink up for 90 days so I come in and get my drink and I sit on Wi-Fi like everyone else does I don't order anything because once I seen the worker walk out without washing her hands and it smells like a sewage in the bathroom is dirty stinks I'm not eating anything from this place they looked down on homeless people like they in a such upscale neighborhood this supposed to be the downtown location but I will refuse to order and spend any of my money here I tried it once and they gave me the wrong food gave me a vegetarian package I order something one time here cuz I was getting harassed because I hadn't ordered anything so I ordered something and then they gave me the wrong word it was all vegetarian meal cuz I wasn't ordering anything I was just using multiply so when I did order stared at funny by their so-called employees so I just want to spend my money in his place anything that doesn't look sanitary and their workers I just come in and get my free sij to drink use a little Wi-Fi an I just come in and get my...

This place has gone down hill .I went to the one on Central in Phx. I ordered a half a tuna sandwich with a cup of cream of broccoli cheddar soup and the passion fruit green tea . Well the tea was good . The stupid tuna sandwich had about a table spoon of tuna on it using cheap sloppy tuna . Convenient stores have better tuna salad on thier sandwiches . The bread on it was thicker than the items on the inside of the dog gone thing. I ordered it with the (non exsistent tomato and basil) bread . I didnt want the bread it came with. HEY PANERA !! 2010 CALLED AND THEY WANT THEIR FACACIA BREAD BACK !!! The broccoli soup is NOT homemade. It tastes manufactured .Im sure it comes in those huge plastic bags from a food supply company . Then ....they give you a stupid hard little half a mini loaf of French bread . Who the hell wants a loaf of bread along with a freakin sandwich AND that sucker was tough ; nothing inviting about that thing , even if I was to dip it in my plastic soup there is no give for it to soak up any thing . Just my opinion , but I dont want to look at a cashier wearing a big nose ring before I eat . I really wanted a cookie but thought ....why bother . The experience I had here!! I love the morning crew and the Morning towards evening Manager He's awesome and he deserves a raise right along with his crew members. Night Crew Members sucks badly, poor customer service throughout the whole crew and let's not talk about Management that leads the Night Crew she needs to be fired and I don't like for people to lose their jobs but this job is clearly not for her..Rude, disrespectful and she probably lied about being management saying her name is Janet, when yes it's a Janet that's management but I'm not quite sure if this female is really her. The night Crew very lazy, runs out of items that suppose to be on the menu, Rude to customers and don't let customers know that their order is ready, just place it on the counter and expect them to figure it out. I really need to speak to Corporate on these issues this establishment is giving Panera bread a bad name. Love the morning crew which gave them the 2 stars which goal should be strive for five but y'all Evening to Night Crew Members ruined it and Panera bread is one of my favorite spots especially being a New Yorker we run off of fast food, fast paced living and Y'all failed me and my back home Panera bread buddies(I'm just saying) Clean out the bad and keep the good going equals more money...
