I tried and tried to take the receipt survey and it wouldn’t work. I’ve shopped at this other Kohls North Scottsdale often, and I want to give a compliment to.MONIKA and KAELYN.
They both have very, very pleasant personalities and recognize me as a customer and Kohls is just a really great store!
KAELYN, I especially enjoyed talking about animals. I particular Cats when I was checking out and I know you were closing and I appreciate it that you gave me my opinion I wanted to hear as did Monica who helped me pick out my brand new sunglasses, which are Ray-Ban’s and I think they’re pretty cool and I can get a prescription put in them somewhere, so thanks a bunch you guys know.
No, when Corporate gets this or whenever try to get it on the receipt survey. I guess that might be most helpful. Read moreI used to like this Kohl's, but it seems to have gone down hill. A week ago, I called to ask if an item was in stock. The sales lady on the other end didn't say "Hello, thanks for calling Khol's", instead I got "Hello." I had to ask if it was Khol's that I had called and she said yes. At the end of the call there was no "have a nice day", she just hung up. I called back and asked for a manager. I described the event and that I felt the lady had been rude. No apology from the manager, just "Okay, got it."
Then today I was shopping for a swimsuit. As I walked around I noticed a distinct lack of staff. I saw maybe one or two clerks walking around. When I got to the swimsuit section it was an absolute mess so I gave up on finding something and went to help my mother find some sheets. We ended up using the paging system but after ten minutes of waiting for an associate we decided to go. My mom had a couple of things she still wanted to get so we went to check out. The cashier was nice enough, but when I told her that we had paged someone but no one showed up, she didn't say a word. No apology, no offer to tell a manager. Nothing.

I was looking for black, size 10. Not one pair to be found. In fact, one of the brands had, I think, like 6 boxes left. The sizes available were 7, 8, 9, and 13. Their website has many brands and styles to choose from, but I do not like to buy shoes online. I like to try them on first and compare one style with another to find the most comfortable. It is frustrating to order shoes online and wait to receive and then to return them if they don't fit or are not comfortable and then order a different size or style and have to repeat the whole process over again and again.
