I recently tried the Combo Bop from Cupbop, and it was a fantastic choice! The mix of Korean-style beef and Korean-style fried chicken created the perfect balance of savory and sweet flavors. The beef was tender, flavorful, and perfectly marinated, while the fried chicken had a crispy exterior with just the right amount of spice and crunch. The bowl itself was generous, layered with rice, fresh veggies, and topped with their signature sauces that added a punch of flavor. I love that you can customize the spice level—it’s a great way to tailor the dish to your preferences. Overall, it was a satisfying, filling meal that hits all the right notes for Korean-inspired comfort food. I’d definitely recommend the Combo Bop if you want to try a bit of everything! Rating: 9/10!

This is my second time visiting Cupbop, and I've been thinking about it ever since. Be prepared there's usually like a 10 minute line wait because it's SO GOOD. You get to pick your meat or veggies and it comes with rice and noodles. I choose the fried chicken (so good). Then you choose how hot you want it. On the glass there's a picture that shows you your options from 1 to 10 (10 is the hottest.) I chose the 9 because I love the spice and it was perfect for me. Most people get the Cupbop special which I'd 7.5. I don't recommend the 10. My boyfriend tried 10 and it wasn't too hot, but it was mainly all spice with no flavor to back it up. Just hot. I definitely recommend trying this place and be hungry because there's only one size and it's huuuuuge.

Yesterday me and one of the nurses I work with went to desert ridge to deliver some material for our business. We went into this location and the worker was so kind. We walked around a little longer then decided we would go to check out their menu and see if there are gluten free options because I have celiac. Yes! They do! And their food is amazing and so reasonably priced. The best part about it though was the staff. I forgot to ask their names but you know who you are. So educational about their menu and really just good people and so kind. An order even got canceled on them after they already made it and they handled it so well. The serving sizes are also big. I will 100% be back and think I found my favorite new lunch spot!!!!

I was visiting from out of town and stumbled upon this place and I’m glad I did! When I entered I was greeted by Sky and Ky! Ky could clearly tell I had no idea what I was doing so he asked me if I had been there before and I said no. He then offered to help me build my bowl! Still feeling lost and wanting to try a bit of a few things, Ky offered to make me a custom bowl based upon my personal preferences. I’m a gambling gal so I accepted, plus who knows better what flavor combinations will work than someone who works there! Well the bowl did not disappoint! Although I’m a weakling for spice, I appreciate the balance of sweet and spicy and he did a great job of balancing it all out. My bowl had sweet noodles, salty veggies, rice, chicken that was a bit spicy and chicken that was a bit sweet, and this amazing cream sauce that really brought it all together. I added sesame seeds as I love that nutty flavor.

He also tossed in a few mando and those are tasty with the sweet sauce they serve on the side. It’s a big bowl, I am eating leftovers today for lunch and dare I say it is even better after it sat and the flavors blended together! So it’s a pretty good deal for this much food! I also saw they serve kimchi which I bet is good, but I had a lot of food as it was! Highly recommend if you are looking for some fast casual Korean with the best service in town! Shout out to Jira in the kitchen too as she was working hard behind the line! It’s hard to find good service these days so we have to shout it to the rooftops when it happens and those 3 are top notch!! We will be back next...

Eat here 3x a week! Amazing Having a gluten free option and my kids love it too! FIRE IN THE HOLE!

Update: what has happened to this place??!!! I have been here 3x and they are either out of chicken or GF noodles. Then he tried to tell me I could eat the regular ones because it’s the same noodles… it’s just GF soy they use for the other ones… ummmmm what? Then no, I can’t eat them. They should probably switch to Gluten Sensitive because I doubt they use separate pans and dishes for the gluten free options… especially since he tried to convince me I could eat the other noodles… They don’t even care they aren’t servicing their customers. I think I might be done. Too bad… being Korean and all… I loved having a quick Korean place to eat! Take my picture off the...
