My previous review was a 5 out of 5 . I am not one that normally leaves poor reviews on anyone. I normally if I get bad service just shrug it off to maybe they were having a bad day. But I am so incredibly on satisfied with this location. I figure they have cost me thousands of dollars over the past few years. I continue to have them give me suggestions, and then later find out their advice was completely wrong. Including, after struggling and struggling and struggling to get my pool clear, spending hundreds of dollars on chemicals trying everything I know how to do, standing in line and overhearing somebody explain to the guy in front of me how to backwash the pool. Why didn’t they tell me that, Six months earlier and save me a whole Lotta trouble? Specifically they told him that you backwash the pool then you turn the backwash off and run it for just a minute or two and then backwash it a second time and that gets all the debris out. So, I will never ever shop at this location again. I will try the one up on bell road by Walmart, and hopefully I will have a better experience.

visit this store about every 2-3 weeks, and they are always very kind and helpful. I especially appreciate that when I call them they answer all my pool related questions, even though they are not selling me any product...

What a joke of a store. Went in to purchase 3 pool wall returns. They were advertised at $7.50/each on the tag. As I processed to pay, they rang up as $10.50. We confirmed it was indeed the correct sku on the price tag but the associate had indicated that the tag was from “2018” and incorrectly marked and wouldn’t honor the price on the tag. Their customer care is so poor that they don’t even have the decency to honor the pricing they clearly advertised just a $3.00difference! Here we are again a year later and the quality of help and service is superb. Everyone is helpful and the instructions to keep my above ground pool are as crystal clear as the water they help me maintain. The cost of maintenance is about half of what I used to spend for pool products online. You just can't beat the hands-on instructions they provide.
