Had to rate a star in order to put in my review. Took my daughter here for a trim. What a huge mistake!!! My daughters hair looked so much better before I took her in. I took her in to get a trim from a pixie cut she had. Instead she came out with nothing close to a pixie. She got a fade and looked like she just a bowl put on her head! Where did the 4-5 stars come from? Never going back that's for sure. I am so sorry for not waiting for Ilena across the street! This place, not good. Worst part is she let us leave without asking if she can fix it! And they charge for using a credit card. Take cash. I understand that people need to work but how do you expect to get clients if you don't give off a great impression the first time? But I know now and thought I'd share. Great day...

I walked in with my hair one length and down to my waist. I asked for a trim and a bit of layers just for volume. She cut my hair to the middle of my back ( the bottom part of my shoulder blades) had different lengths in the front not even layers and still had the nerve to ask if my hair grew out fast.
