Playas del Novillero — Restaurant in Phoenix

Full disclosure, I dropped by on a Friday evening. The place is cozy, seemed like a decent place to grab some Mexican seafood and a few michiladas. Food was decent, michi was meh (ingredients and ice stored in a mug in the freezer, add beer yourself and break up the ice with your straw? Lame). I would usually rant and rave over such a place, but HOLY SMOKES was the service slow. I am not exaggerating, I sat for well over an hour. The place wasn't that busy, and wait staff seemed ok, but they just stuck me in a corner and forgot about me. I was ordering to go and opted to sit at the bar, and told the waitress I'd take a michi while I looked at the menu. She didn't come back for almost half an hour, so it took a loooong while to get my beer. Once my order was placed, I waited a full 45 minutes for it to come out. Total time in the building was about 80 minutes. I may go back for date night, but certainly not...

if your a single guy or a married guy and eats here alone you will receive the best service ever but if you go with family the service is poor i was here yesterday with mom sister and brother and i literally had to get up more than 5 times to go and ask for refills or napkins they not once stopped by to see if we were ok or if we needed something thats when i noticed these guys walk in no family or girl and damn the servers were up and down non stop asking them yall ok anything else i can get for you oh and on top of that they will try to charge yiu an extra plate careful never...

So I go to this seafood restaurant I'm have amazing Seafood I'm not even kidding you and then I got floored when I tried a plate of shredded beef green enchiladas with an authentic green sauce so amazing that every time I go there I buy 2 pints of it and take it home and by far the best salsa I have ever had at any restaurant in the state of Arizona and I mean it try this place it's in South Phoenix and is totally worth the drive I go out of my way to eat there at least twice a month they receive six stars it would be the...
