The Landmark — Local services in Phoenix

I love living at The Landmark. Ten years ago, while looking for a second home, my wife and I decided to investigate the Landmark. We had never before seriously considered condo living. One tour of The Landmark convinced us we'd found something special. It's beautiful, comfortable, full-service, quiet and friendly. With 98 units, it's not too big and not too small. We look out of our windows at the Westin Kierland Resort next door, and we're a minute away from Kierland Commons and The Scottsdale Quarter. We're close to everything, but far enough away from the traffic and noise. Some of our neighbors are year-round, like us, and others are in and out. But everybody here is friendly. Beautiful place horrible policies and rude unprofessional employees(not all). They don't tell you how it will be a nightmare moving in or out of this place as only pick up trucks are allowed in no moving trucks or box trucks they will make you move your stuff in from the main road which is quite a distance.
