Judy Crane should not be in charge of anything. Matter of fact she should be fired how she talks to people and how she handles situations. Where the property is they had the car towed even though there was a parking sticker. We were there for work. Had to miss a day of work to try to get our car out. The tow yard released it saying it should have never got towed. When we called to talk to Casago about it we got Judy. She was rude and belligerent. Said there’s nothing she would or could do about it. Talked down to me. Did I get mouthy after awhile yes I did. You can only be talked to like that for so long. She refused to get anyone else on the phone and stated she was the only one. I messaged the owner of Casago and he said he would look into it. Never responded again. So in my eyes he’s no better then his employees. Do not rent from Casago. Do not rent from the one in Scottsdale for sure. Unless you want to deal with the very rude and unprofessional Miss Judy Crane.
As stated previously we weren’t parked where we were not supposed to be or else they wouldn’t have not charged us for the car. It was 100% their fault. And for two you didn’t want to give me the associations number you told me they wouldn’t talk to me anyways. And you hung up on me not once but twice. That’s the whole reason I started getting upset. I never once threatened you. You have a thing for compulsive lying I see from many reviews. You’re not a good person. And shouldn’t be point of contact for a business point blank. You can try to spill all the lies you want within your response but they are just that lies. Also, from the gate you kept saying I’m the one that gets to decide if you stay or go. You were on a power trip the whole time. It’s because that company has given you too much power to destroy their company. Finally I was like we will go. Who would want to stay somewhere where the management clearly lacks and so does the customer service. You want better reviews be a better...
Read moreI just realized I never reviewed my experience from a year ago at what was supposed to be Sonoran Sea in Rocky Point to go to Circus Mexicus. I booked a 2 bed/2 bath condo about 8 weeks prior to my arrival, and then 5 days prior to my arrival I get an email stating that my reservation was canceled. I called in, obviously confused as to why, and was told that it was no longer available because the owner was going to be staying there, but they could move me to a 1 bed/1 bath unit, but it would be for the same price. The fact that they thought I would be okay with being downgraded to a unit that I didn’t want, that had 1 less bedroom and bathroom at the same exact price and thought I would be okay with that beyond absurd, and the person on the phone seemed to think it was a fine resolution. They said there were no other comparable units available. The next morning I went back online and found another one that was close by at Princessa De Peñasco, but it wasn’t as nice and was even a bit more expensive. I went ahead and booked that one, but was still angry that no one bothered to look into that one until I did. That day I did finally get a chance to speak to someone that actually somewhat helpful and seemed knowledgeable, but at that point the cancellation was done, and the new worse place at a higher rate was booked. He was able to refund the difference between the original and my new booking, but the fact that the original relocation offer was as terrible as it was, along with the stress of having to find a new place on a weekend with that music fest going on was so unnecessary. I will avoid Casago again at all costed and will encourage anyone I know to do the same. I can provide the emails...
Read moreI booked on Airbnb then they said if I didn’t sign an additional contract paying more fees for utilities I would not be be refunded via Airbnb. On airbnb they mentioned a refundable deposit then later messaged me saying I actually just get a $100 credit from my deposit and have to pay anything above that.
Then they put legal language in this side rental agreement saying they can come after me for any reason and that I would have to pay their legal fees. When I called the general manager, Judi, she immediately accused me of being a squatter and a “problem” since I said it’s a bit unfair for me to pay their legal fees for a dispute over a $2,000 one month rental.
Thank god I have free legal services from working in real estate! Otherwise I’d have to hire an attorney right now to get my $2k back, what a scheme they have going. As I said to her “if you think I am a problem, and your property is worth it, then why do you want me as a renter when you can easily find someone else?”
red flag
Then she writes her response politely, after accusing me, a person who has worked in corporate America for 15 heads of being a squatter. Why are you so polite now Judi after being so rude on the phone?
I’ll stay at your place since you put a sneaky clause in your contact which was not posted on airbnb! Everyone should know that the hidden contract has clauses like “if we have any dispute for any reason tenant will pay all attorneys fees” so basically if Casago wants to accuse you of anything when you move out, you have to bear the...
