I love the furniture..... but the staff at this location I find not to be helpful at all. I stopped in the store this last weekend to purchase a loveseat. I looked around for about 20 minutes without any one asking me if I needed assistance. I finally went up to the staff desk area and inquired about a couple loveseats I saw online. The saleswoman I spoke with asked me to look up the stock number so she could locate them. She said one loveseat was in Tucson and the other would not be in the Scottsdale store for at least a couple months. I then told her about a sofa I saw on the showroom floor that I liked. I said it was a little more than what I was planning on spending, but I still liked it. I asked her what the measurements were (since it was larger than a traditional loveseat) she said I could measure it. I stood there looking at her thinking she might grab a tape measure and go with me to measure it or at least hand me a tape measure to measure it myself. I also thought she might have the measurements on her computer. I realized after a short while she had no intention on helping me find the measurements. I finally told her I was done and left. Read moreThank you Soheila Aghili, Few months ago we bought beautiful, white oversized sectional and after few weeks we have notice a big scratch on the leather(not noticeable unless you recline that price not that big of a deal but I decided to email Soheila about it. She immediately contacted me with Mary -Store Manager. They sent Copenhagen representative to my house to check the sectional. Couple of days later they order us a brand new sectional. In the mean time my husband and I decided that maybe we should ask if we can change the color for a darker one. I emailed both ladies again and Sohaila emails me back to come back to the store and pick what ever we like. Having that said we went there today Sohaila was there waiting for us and showed us all the available colors and answered all our questions.10 minutes later a new sectional was ordered and scheduled for delivery with no additional expenses to us. Read moreAlways a great company and part of our community - I wish they'd shop really, really well for new, creative, unique, innovative seating solutions. They focus a lot on Stressless, but I think there's just better looking options for seating out there. They should also get in the business of more replica items of what's just too expensive - from lighting to seating. With the economy not looking too great, it would be wonderful for them to get more and more into great style at lower prices... and they should really have a kitchen division - Bulthaup, Poggenpohl, Snaidero, Giemmegi, etc... but perhaps work with the fabricators in Phoenix to create cabinetry and furnishings that are "Copenhagen" brand... this is where I think they have their greatest opportunity - not to simply re-sell other brands, but to get a design competition going and start their own brand... it's time! I love Copenhagen, and want to see them thrive, and to do this they need to create their own brand, and wouldn't that be exciting for Arizona to be the new center of modern...
