This place is nothing short of amazing. I was scared to try it at first thinking it would be too hard and I wouldn't be able to keep up, but that is not what happened. Alec helped me get started and listened to what I had to say. He knew that JoDee would be the best trainer for me and he was absolutely right! She is so attentive to everyone's needs and limits, yet still pushes us when she knows we can do more. They will help you with the nutrition part if you're struggling and JoDee even offered to help me with my grocery list. She sat with me for nearly 2 hours to talk about my goals and struggles and how we were going to work through them. I had 1 class with Scott and he was pretty amazing too. They make sure you are doing all of the exercises correctly and they don't do it in a condescending manner at all. JoDee also came up with a personalized cardio plan based off a few things like resting heart rate that I can do on my own time or I can come early/stay late to the class. Read moreBrian Minzey has truly changed my career. The status of elite athlete is difficult to attain. Possessing the overall skill set to do so was something I didn't have an issue with. However, I had issues with my weight and major issues with my mobility. The talent I had wasn't able to be tapped into without the correct mobility and also as overweight as I was. I had tried several trainers before with no such luck in tapping into the depths of my talent. Within 3 weeks Brian had changed me as an athlete. I lost 25 pounds, all while maintaining to gain 20 pounds back in lean body mass. My mobility is now that of a supple leopard. I am a typical female who has a very difficult time losing weight, even though I feel like I eat good and exerciser regularly. Brian Minzey started training me and customized my food intake. Within the 1st week I already had weight loss results. Through hard work, I am now stronger than ever, have toned muscles and in the best shape of my life. But mostly I'm proud to say I'm down 20 pounds. Brian has helped me every step of the way and I could not have done it without him. As a trainer, he keeps my workouts intense (my preference) and doesn't stand around chit chatting like most other trainer do at the gym.
