Breakfast Kitchen Bar — Restaurant in Phoenix

A bit late but a few years ago when this location first opened the manager called me a fat b1tch for complaining about his poor attitude and the bad service we got. I never said anything about it back then but I wish I would’ve because my experience was awful and when I said something about it in a Yelp review he started private messaging me on yelp cussing me out about it and told me to “shut the F up you fat b1tch”. I should have screen shotted it and posted it everywhere. He even was able to get my original yelp review removed and when I complained to yelp that my review was legit and told them about him messaging me they did nothing. Moved on from it of course as this was a few years ago now but my fiancé brought this place up to me today and I remembered what happened. I never forgot that though and never came back. My original review on yelp was saying how my fiance and I were on the waitlist for a table and we told the hostess we would wait in our car. When we got the text our table was ready we ran back in and the manager was at the front and he told us he gave our table away. I was confused and said why? We came right in from the text, and he snatched two menus and goes “nope should’ve been on time” and tossed our menus down on a table and walked away. There are plenty of healthy options and your usual breakfast options like pancakes, waffles, and French toast. If anybody is new to Hash cakes like I am, they are hash browns with cheese in it.

I ordered the breakfast platter and a Dirty Chai. The pork sausage links were very tender and love the potatoes. I decided to hold off on the hash cakes for next time when I try the hash cake bowl. I have heard the hash cakes are more flavorful in the bowl so I am excited for my next visit.

I love the decor and atmosphere walking in but I picked a beautiful day where the weather was nice so I decided to sit outside. They have the mist breeze on and with the light wind blowing, it was just nice to have breakfast outside in the patio. The chairs are super comfortable that I feel like I can sit outside all day. I love the quote on the mirror in the men's restroom. I would put it on this review but where is the fun in that? Lol

Great customer service from entering the establishment to the end. My server, Sydni (I apologize if I spelled it wrong or I may have misheard), did an amazing job on checking on me.
