The employees do not follow any protocol or rules. When I signed up I was told I would be paying one year that would be about $1900 for a $800 refrigerator. I needed it so I agreed. I only received a receipt and a paper stating that I also got the protection plan. Here it is a year later and i get told that i still have 12 more months to pay?!? I talked to the manager and had to argue with him to apologize so when he did I of course didn't believe he meant it. He said the woman who did my paperwork no longer works there and I can give them a $1000 and my fridge would be paid off. That's still close to $3000 for a refrigerator I can go get at Lowe's for $800. I feel like I've been scammed. My mother was a witness to me signing the paperwork and the lady taking all the paperwork from me. The woman even said I wouldn't pay more then $1800 and never told me anything about the same as cash deal they have. Also when they brought the fridge to my house they tried to squeeze it in my door with out taking the doors of the fridge off, after my boyfriend, bestfriend, and mother told them it wouldn't fit. They scratched it before they decided to take the doors off. Someone came up here and basically painted over the scratches but you can still feel and see where they are. When I called about that the only response I got was "that person no longer works here"(not the same lady who did my paperwork). On top of that's every time I do go in there the employees are always distracted by someone who is behind the desk but not in any uniform, playing on their phones. My mother has used the other babers in Picayune and I really wish I did too or even Aaron's. Just trying to warn anyone debating on using them. The employees follow no protocol or rules. At first I got a dryer and had to just look at it instead of use it for a week cause they didn't supply a power cord. Then got a sofa that no one told me it was totally broken on one side. Told them to come get it then the driver wants to lie and say about we told him not to get anything out of my home which is a lie cause I was on the phone the entire time. My disabled father in law couldn't help him and he was over the age of 18 to allow pickup. Driver wants to lie to manager Elliot and then when I want to talk to manager of problems he says pretty much that we are the problem. Plus if your name is Kim and renting from picayune just no they bad talk you to the customers of what a Karen you are and how they go out of their way to help you but it's always a problem with you plus lots of other things said to other customers about you. Bill was due Saturday. They was closed Sunday and Monday and today is Tuesday and they coming to pick up dryer to non payment even tho we tried to use a card to pay the bill.
