Worst Ross ever they have an employee that's running the dressing room and doesn't speak English and with her language barrier she thinks it's okay to snatch things out of customer's hands and touch other guests trying to find the bathroom. Management handles it by saying this is never happened before with the employee being physical with customers.The first words should have been an apology not an excuse .My first and last time coming to this location my solution was having employee that can explain to customers why they can't enter with an item instead the employee they do have working she's trying to take stuff out of my hands instead. My concern is that the security allows homeless people to wear clothes from the hangar still tagged and walk around the store with them on. The clothes is put back on the floor for sale but unclean. FYI If you are shopping this Ross after Christmas and find a red “ugly” Christmas sweater don’t try it on. I took the sweater to the fitting room and was engulfed in a horrible pee like smell as soon as my put my head through.
