Asunto: Queja por mal servicio al cliente – Incidente el día de ayer Domingo 20 de Julio 2025 a las 7:40 p.m. Aproximadamente.

Mi nombre es Joshep y soy cliente de La Michoacana desde hace varios años. Me dirijo a ustedes para expresar mi profunda inconformidad por el trato que recibí el día de ayer, aproximadamente a las 7:40 p.m., en la Sucursal ubicada en 9150 Whittier Blvd, Pico Rivera, CA 90660.

Acudí con la intención de realizar una compra importante de 70 paletas de diferentes sabores. Antes de hacer mi compra, pedí a una de las empleadas acceso al baño. Ella estaba a punto de proporcionarme la llave cuando otra trabajadora intervino bruscamente, diciendo que el baño estaba cerrado.

Esta segunda empleada, desde el momento en que ingresé a la tienda, me recibió con una actitud negativa: no me saludó, me miró de manera despectiva y mostró falta total de cortesía y profesionalismo. Esta experiencia fue muy desagradable, especialmente considerando que he sido un cliente fiel de esta compañía durante años.

La atención al cliente debe caracterizarse por la amabilidad, el respeto y una actitud cordial. Es fundamental que su personal sea capacitado para recibir a los clientes con una sonrisa, disposición para ayudar y sin actitudes groseras o miradas inapropiadas.

Les solicito amablemente que se tomen las medidas necesarias y que hablen con esta empleada para que situaciones como esta no vuelvan a ocurrir. Espero que este mensaje sea tomado en cuenta, ya que me sentí decepcionado y opté por no realizar la compra.

My name is Joshep, and I have been a loyal customer of La Michoacana for several years. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment I received yesterday at approximately 7:40 p.m. at your location at 9150 Whittier Blvd, Pico Rivera, CA 90660.

I came with the intention of making a significant purchase of 70 popsicles in different flavors. Before doing so, I asked one of the employees if I could use the restroom. She was about to hand me the key when another employee abruptly intervened and stated that the restroom was closed.

From the moment I walked into the store, this second employee greeted me with a negative attitude: she did not say hello, gave me a disdainful look, and showed a complete lack of courtesy and professionalism. This experience was very disappointing, especially considering my long-time loyalty to your brand.

Customer service should always be characterized by kindness, respect, and a welcoming attitude. It is essential that your staff be properly trained to greet customers with a smile, a willingness to help, and without rude behavior or unfriendly expressions.

I kindly ask that you address this issue with the employee involved and take appropriate action to ensure that similar situations do not happen again. I chose not to complete my purchase due to this incident, and I hope my message is taken...

Not all bad. Read until the end. The fist time I went it smelled like bleach. The second time I went it smelled like Windex or some other cleaner like Simple Green. The music is always too loud. The service is slow. for example: if you want a mixed drink, some chips, and something else prepared, they will do one thing at a time rather than all at once. Most of these thingshave similar ingredients like chamoy, chili, lemon, and cucumber. A lot of time is wasted because they don't seem to know how to multi-task. I will end this on a positive note though. The ice cream is okay. It's really sweet. the paletas are BOMB. I think we already knew that though. I got a kiwi one and it was perfect and a mango one and it was so refreshing and tasted so real...

They have a huge selection of ice cream, paletas (popsicles) and snacks like hot Cheetos with nacho cheese. I'm excited to try all their flavors! They have a good Amount of staff so plenty of people to take your order or offer you smaples. The place is kept clean. Give me a sense of pride since it's a Mexican ice cream shop and has all my favorite snack flavors. They also had a tequila flavor ice cream which I found funny and poetic.
